1、unit 2 healthy eating教材分析和教材重組教材分析本單元的中心話題是“健康飲食”。本單元將通過談?wù)摻】碉嬍常寣W(xué)生了解飲食與健康方面的有關(guān)知識(shí)并且能根據(jù)所學(xué)知識(shí)審視自己、審視食物,提高自己飲食方面的意識(shí)。日常生活中少吃漢堡、薯?xiàng)l等高熱量低營養(yǎng)食品,多吃水果、蔬菜和谷物,遠(yuǎn)離肥胖和亞健康狀態(tài)。1. warming up 部分通過一個(gè)表格向?qū)W生展示了fast energy foods,slow energy foods,body-building foods,foods that give fibre for digestion and health,探討各種食物對人體的作用,然

2、后通過詢問學(xué)生的個(gè)人飲食習(xí)慣來引導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注平衡飲食。2. pre-reading部分讓學(xué)生討論which food contains more sugar/ fat/ fibre/ salt?然后通過對含量不同的食物的排序,使學(xué)生進(jìn)一步了解哪些食品含糖/脂肪/纖維/蛋白質(zhì)最多,哪些食品最少。3. reading 部分主要講述王鵬偉和詠慧開飯店的不同風(fēng)格,經(jīng)營的菜肴以及顧客對不同食品的不同反響,反映了現(xiàn)代人對飲食的關(guān)注和時(shí)尚追求。文章結(jié)尾一句話the competition between the two restaurants was on!給讀者留下了懸念, 引起學(xué)生極大興趣,使學(xué)生有繼續(xù)閱
