1、專業(yè)好文檔開(kāi)設(shè)恩平電大特差生專項(xiàng)教育課方案 你們好，為了進(jìn)一步搞好學(xué)生德育工作，有力支持班主任和課任教師的工作，緩和班主任和課任教師的工作壓力和強(qiáng)度，政教部門同志（梁校、吳龍占主任、馮健副主任）經(jīng)內(nèi)部交流，并聽(tīng)取教務(wù)處及部分班主任、課任老師的意見(jiàn)后，擬本學(xué)期嘗試開(kāi)設(shè)特差生專項(xiàng)教育課。開(kāi)設(shè)源由：與班主任及課任老師做交流，他們提出能不能對(duì)一些表現(xiàn)極差的學(xué)生進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)教育，每天抽一定時(shí)間由政教處組織專人進(jìn)行上課，這些差生平時(shí)班主任和課任老師都搞不掂，在課堂上即影響教學(xué)，也嚴(yán)重影響老師的心情，部分差生長(zhǎng)期搞得班主任和課任老師頭痛。由政教處馮健老師對(duì)特差生進(jìn)行定期的專項(xiàng)教育，相信對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)生比由班主任更有效

2、果。對(duì)于上述班主任和課任老師的意見(jiàn)，馮健老師表示沒(méi)意見(jiàn)，可以接受，一來(lái)差生的思想教育馮健老師還是比較擅長(zhǎng)，二來(lái)有利于加強(qiáng)政教處和班主任及課任老師的配合，有重點(diǎn)的有針對(duì)性對(duì)表現(xiàn)極差的學(xué)生進(jìn)行教育。如果本學(xué)期試驗(yàn)效果良好，建議下學(xué)期馮健老師不再擔(dān)任專業(yè)課程，專職開(kāi)展全校特差生專項(xiàng)教育課，且按一門課程來(lái)計(jì)算，同時(shí)因?yàn)椴辉贀?dān)任專業(yè)課程，馮健老師也可在其它時(shí)間可以及時(shí)處理班主任和課任老師上報(bào)的學(xué)生不服管理，頂撞老師的突發(fā)事件及個(gè)別差生的談心教育。課程設(shè)想：全校特差生專項(xiàng)教育課具體措施如下：1、參加特差生專項(xiàng)教育課的學(xué)生對(duì)象，由全日制班主任綜合課任教師及導(dǎo)師的意見(jiàn)各班上報(bào)12人，基本上為班主任、導(dǎo)師長(zhǎng)期教

3、育后依然無(wú)法扭轉(zhuǎn)的學(xué)生，特別是不服管理、囂張、屢教不改的學(xué)生。由班主任填寫恩平電大特差生專項(xiàng)教育申請(qǐng)表后，經(jīng)政教處調(diào)查同意后，以書面形式后進(jìn)生專項(xiàng)教育家長(zhǎng)意見(jiàn)書通報(bào)家長(zhǎng)并征得家長(zhǎng)同意后實(shí)行。家長(zhǎng)知情并同意的方式可讓家長(zhǎng)了解到恩平電大除了班主任、導(dǎo)師的思想教育外，學(xué)校還有專項(xiàng)思想教育及專項(xiàng)教育的形式。即避免軍訓(xùn)或愛(ài)校勞動(dòng)中家長(zhǎng)投訴我們變相體罰，也有利于增進(jìn)家長(zhǎng)對(duì)學(xué)校的好感。通過(guò)一定時(shí)間的專項(xiàng)教育有明顯好轉(zhuǎn)的學(xué)生將不再參加學(xué)校組織的專項(xiàng)思想教育課。2、專門空出一個(gè)電教室為馮健老師星期三、星期四、星期五早上12節(jié)做為特差生專項(xiàng)教育的教室。因?yàn)樗枷虢逃n除了面授外，多媒體的教育手段也是必不可少的工具。

4、3、特差生專項(xiàng)教育課的形式。教育課的形式擬采取多樣化進(jìn)行，面授，多媒體，軍訓(xùn)、愛(ài)校勞動(dòng)等多種方式。通過(guò)上述多種方式，全面教育學(xué)生，讓特差生在“學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范”，“吃苦耐勞”、“服從管理”等方面得到全面的教育。4、為防止班主任有依賴性，平時(shí)不加強(qiáng)教育，依賴政教處，要求每周班主任要綜合課任教師和導(dǎo)師的意見(jiàn)，將需要參加專項(xiàng)教育的學(xué)生的情況以書面的方式特差生每周情況上報(bào)表上報(bào)其上周的綜合表現(xiàn)，包括考勤、課堂紀(jì)律等表現(xiàn)，特別是學(xué)生是否存在進(jìn)步。以此促進(jìn)班主任和課任教師及政教處的交流，也有利于班主任、導(dǎo)師全面了解學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)，同時(shí)方便政教處有針對(duì)性的對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行教育。凡沒(méi)有上報(bào)學(xué)生綜合表現(xiàn)的班級(jí)，相應(yīng)班級(jí)的
