2、ssembly and block lifting procedure.二、工藝內(nèi)容Content:1、大合攏前的場地準(zhǔn)備:Site preparation before final erection:1.1船體分段大合攏通常在船臺(tái)或船塢上進(jìn)行,對(duì)船臺(tái)場地應(yīng)進(jìn)行必要的打掃和清理。Block erection usually is conducted on berth or dock, the ground should be clean. 1.2船臺(tái)中心線處勘劃船體中心線的船臺(tái)地面扁鋼條應(yīng)除銹,涂防銹漆,所勘劃船中心線肋位站號(hào)應(yīng)明顯、永久、精確。Ship berth flat steel ba

3、r of hull center line need rust removal, painting antirust paint. Frame number on ship center line should be obvious, permanent and accurate.1.3在船臺(tái)一側(cè)設(shè)置永久性標(biāo)桿并涂上油漆,在標(biāo)桿上設(shè)置分段水平檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)志,該標(biāo)志要求醒目,在船臺(tái)合攏區(qū)域內(nèi)不得有妨礙激光尋標(biāo)的任何物件。Set a permanent benchmark on one side of berth and being painted. Set block level testing ma

4、rk on benchmark, this testing mark should be striking. Anything in berth erection area obstruct laser marking is not permitted. 1.4船臺(tái)定位肋骨線,根據(jù)排楞圖中滑落機(jī)的位置,定出船體在船臺(tái)上的布置位置,用 40mm40mm肋位樣條在船體基線一定高度位置,定出船臺(tái)面中心線肋位號(hào)標(biāo)志,該標(biāo)志應(yīng)明顯、永久、精確。Locate frame line. According location of slide machine, find arrangement location

5、 of hull on berth, and mark the berth center frame number, and this mark should be obvious, permanent and accurate.2、大合攏前分段技術(shù)要求:Block technical requirement before final erection;2.1進(jìn)行大合攏的分段作為中間產(chǎn)品,必須是經(jīng)中合攏檢驗(yàn)合格的分段產(chǎn)品,其分段的建造精度符合CSQS。進(jìn)行船臺(tái)大合攏預(yù)裝的預(yù)埋件,必須根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃及托盤表的要求按時(shí)送到大合攏指定地點(diǎn)。As semi-finished product, final

6、 erection blocks must be qualified after middle erection, of which building accuracy must accord to CSQS. The embedded part for berth erection preassembly must be sent to erection place in time according to production plan and requirement of tray table.3大合攏分段合攏要點(diǎn):Key point of final erection blocks3.

7、1分段合攏時(shí)以定位分段為基準(zhǔn),然后向艏、艉方向發(fā)展的舯塔式建造方案。為此定位分段上船臺(tái)前兩端余量割凈,按焊接型式要求兩端開出坡口。In block erection, with the base block as reference, building fore and aft, which is middle tower building scheme, is adopted. Clean margin of both ends of base blocks before they are carried to berth. Open groove at both base block en

8、ds according to welding types.3.2主船體其它各分段其拼接端的余量上船臺(tái)套割,其另一端自由端在上船臺(tái)前割去余量,開出焊接坡口。艏樓、甲板室分段下端余量上船臺(tái)合攏時(shí)套割。The joint side margin of each other blocks should be cut off before erection. And margin of the other free end should cut off before erection and open the welding groove. The margin of lower part of fo

9、recastle and deck house should be cut during the erection. 3.3船體雙層底企口上側(cè)余量50mm,用企口接縫線10mm作為上口線激光劃線,然后割去余量。For double bottom, the margin of upper side is 50mm, use groove seam line 10mm as upper edge line laser mark, then cut off the margin.3.4分段兩端構(gòu)件盡可能一刀切,為保證分段的強(qiáng)度和構(gòu)件的完整性,縱向構(gòu)件碰到橫艙壁時(shí),構(gòu)件應(yīng)延伸到艙壁,環(huán)形大接縫盡量在同

10、一平面內(nèi)。To ensure the block strength and integrity of components, cut the components of both block ends with one cut as possible. When longitudinal component encounter the transverse bulkhead, component should be extended to bulkhead, and big ring joint should be at same level as possible. 3.5為保證底部雙層底分

11、段長度和減少舷側(cè)分段與雙層底分段的肋位的錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象,在雙層底分段的大合攏接口處的肋位,船臺(tái)定位考慮環(huán)縫焊接收縮量后,裝配誤差應(yīng)控制在+3-0mm之內(nèi)。To ensure block length of double bottom and reduce the frame number dislocation of double bottom, error of assembly on erection joint frame number of double bottom should be within +3-0mm, considering the shrinkage of circular

12、 seam welding.3.6為使上層建筑吊裝時(shí),肋位誤差盡可能小,主船體大合攏接口肋位誤差控制在5mm之內(nèi)。To reduce frame number error as possible when lifting the superstructure, control the frame joint error of hull erection within 5mm3.7舷側(cè)分段下口外板50mm 縱艙壁20mm余量按標(biāo)桿修正定位水線10mm,再放公差12mm,劃線后再割去下端余量。3.8 對(duì)于雙殼體的船舶,考慮內(nèi)殼的精度,縱向艙口圍板焊在舷側(cè)分段甲板上,該甲板不伸出縱艙壁和縱向艙口圍板

13、,左右相應(yīng)舷側(cè)分段應(yīng)在平臺(tái)上事先在分段艏艉上端用方形橫撐過橋固定,同時(shí)亦可在船臺(tái)上分別定位后,加固方形橫撐過橋。As for double shell ship, considering accuracy of inner shell, longitudinal hatch coaming should be welded to decks of shipside block. The deck could not extend out of longitudinal bulkhead and longitudinal hatch coaming. Relevant shipside bloc

14、ks P/S should be fixed on platform with square gap bridge in advance. Also,locate3.9根據(jù)圖紙要求加放大合攏分段反變形值,本廠慣例艉部0、-10、-15mm,艏部-5、-5、-10mm。Add deformation value of erection block as drawings requirement, usually deformation value of stern is 0、-10、-15mm,and that of bow is -5、-5、-10mm.3.10對(duì)箱型結(jié)構(gòu)雙層底分段環(huán)縫的焊接,

15、一定要在前后或后方已拼23只分段,并在其中分段上加固體重物壓載后才可進(jìn)行。For circular seam welding of box structure double bottom block, it is necessary that there have been 2 or 3 jointed block fore or aft and solid heavy things to be ballasted on blocks.3.11所有分段大合攏環(huán)縫附近的橫向構(gòu)件角焊縫在分段建造中均應(yīng)焊妥。為使大合攏環(huán)縫接口光順,減少凹凸不平現(xiàn)象,在大合攏環(huán)縫附近,最好在強(qiáng)構(gòu)件處,用火工進(jìn)行反變形

16、加工,一般將板邊向外烘烤1020mm左右,并在雙層底橫向環(huán)縫離實(shí)肋板若大于等于400mm自由端,則在舭部離環(huán)縫50mm處,做假舭肘板,用一8300,余料拼成,直至分段大合攏定位前拆去。Transverse component angle welding seam near erection circular seam should be welded well for all blocks. To make joint of erection circular seam fair and reduce uneven part, near erection circular seam, take

17、 deformation process with hot work. Generally bake the plate edge about1020mm,and if distance between double bottom transverse circular seam and solid floor is equal or greater than 400mm free end, then make a virtual bilge bracket 50mm away from bilge. The virtual bilge bracket is made of 8300 marg

18、in. Remove the virtual bilge bracket before positioned erection.3.12分段在大接縫處的縱桁及縱向構(gòu)件不包括艙壁250500 mm內(nèi)不焊接,應(yīng)待大合攏拼接后再焊接。Longitudinal girder and longitudinal component except 250-500mm of bulkhead are not welded until erection assembly.3.13艉軸管一般在艉立分段上預(yù)裝,因而艉立分段上船臺(tái)安裝應(yīng)以軸系粗拉線與主機(jī)座相對(duì)位置為基準(zhǔn),船臺(tái)定位。在船臺(tái)大合攏時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)測量軸系中心線的

19、變形偏移并及時(shí)控制。Stern tubes usually preassemble on stern vertical block, so installation of berth should be on base of relative location of shaft rough line and ER foundation, then position the berth. When erect the berth, excursion of shaft center line should be measured in time and taken under control.

20、3.14大合攏環(huán)縫的十字焊縫分段裝配定位時(shí)先矯直,內(nèi)側(cè)焊縫焊接結(jié)束后,外側(cè)焊縫應(yīng)采用先將縱向焊縫進(jìn)行碳刨,使縱向焊縫保持光順后進(jìn)行焊接,然后碳刨環(huán)縫,焊接橫向大合攏環(huán)縫。When block is being assembled, cross welding seam of erection circular seam should be adjusted. After finishing welding inner side seam, carbon gouging should be taken to longitudinal welding seam in order that long

21、itudinal welding seam keeps fair, then carbon gouge the circular seam and weld the transverse erection circular welding seam.3.15若舷側(cè)分段上端艙口圍板頂板處有高強(qiáng)度鋼構(gòu)件的,一般考慮艙口圍板頂板的面板在大合攏時(shí)焊接,并嚴(yán)格按照高強(qiáng)度鋼的焊接工藝進(jìn)行。If there is high strength steel component on top plate of hatch coaming on shipside block, generally the face

22、plate of hatch coaming is welded in erection and it takes in accordance with welding procedure of high strength steel.3.16凡二次除銹分段,在大接縫處端接縫及構(gòu)件端部、船臺(tái)散裝件處的焊縫區(qū)域不油漆,并用膠帶保護(hù)。For all secondary rust removal block, welding zones of end seam, end of component, berth stuff are not painted and protected with adhe

23、sive tape.3.17各分段裝配定位后,分段間的船臺(tái)散裝構(gòu)件按托盤表應(yīng)裝妥。After each block assembly positioning, berth bulk between blocks should installed well according to tray table.3.18根據(jù)建造進(jìn)度,凡已構(gòu)成密閉區(qū)域處可以進(jìn)行密性試驗(yàn),密性試驗(yàn)技術(shù)要求詳見相關(guān)船舶全船密性試驗(yàn)圖。According to building schedule, tightness test can be taken to enclosed area. Technical requireme

24、nt of tightness test see in tightness test drawing of relative ship.4、拉軸線條件:Condition of pulling axis:4.1機(jī)艙前端橫艙壁向艉主船體焊接、火工、密性試驗(yàn)結(jié)束。Welding from transverse bulkhead in front of engine to stern part of hull, hot work,then finish the tightness test.4.2帶纜樁、導(dǎo)纜器等系泊設(shè)備定位焊接火工結(jié)束。Positioning welding of mooring

25、equipment, such as bollard and fairlead completed.5、勘劃水尺、水線、載重線條件: Condition of water depth mark, water line and load line.5.1全船主體焊接結(jié)束,上建分段定位安裝結(jié)束。Welding of main hull completed, positioning assembly of superstructure block completed.5.2 船體基線撓度連續(xù)三次測量值趨向穩(wěn)定Three times continuous measuring value of hull

26、 base deflection tend to be stable.6、船舶下水前船臺(tái)最少工作量:Reduce workload of berth before launching.6.1下水前,主要船體結(jié)構(gòu)、水下工作及預(yù)制預(yù)裝工作結(jié)束。Before launching, preassembly of main hull structure, underwater work, prefabrication and preassembly completed.7、船體建造誤差及驗(yàn)收項(xiàng)目 Shipbuilding error and check project: 船 長 ship length

28、ing procedure of bottom block8.1.1將分段吊上船臺(tái)(同時(shí)包括定位分段在內(nèi)),分段上船臺(tái)前,應(yīng)按工藝要求切割余量,無余量上船臺(tái),減少大合攏修割工作量.Lift the block onto berth(including position block),To reduce erection modified cutting, the block should cut off margin according to craft requirement and block should be lifted to berth without any margin. 8.

29、1.2吊線錘使分段定位肋骨線對(duì)準(zhǔn)船臺(tái)上相應(yīng)肋骨線 Align the positioning frame line on block to relevant frame line on berth with plumb bob.8.1.3吊線錘使分段中心線對(duì)準(zhǔn)船臺(tái)中心線Align the center line on block to center line on berth with plumb bob.8.1.4用水平管(或激光經(jīng)緯儀)校驗(yàn)船底基線高度,使之與相應(yīng)的船底基線高度相符合,并使分段縱傾度與龍骨斜度相一致,注意由船臺(tái)坡度而產(chǎn)生的讀數(shù)差.Use leveling pipe (or

30、lasertheodolite) to check height of bottom base line to make it coincide with height of relevant bottom base line, and coincide block trim to keel inclination. Pay attention to differential reading caused by berth gradient.8.1.5用水平管校驗(yàn)分段橫向狀態(tài),使之左右保持水平.Use leveling pipe to check transverse condition of

31、 block to keep it horizontal left and right.8.1.6劃出并切除余量,并與相鄰分段對(duì)接.Mark and cut off margin, and jointed neighbouring blocks.8.1.7固定分段位置,以待焊接.Fix block position to wait for welding.8.1.8底部分段合攏精度要求:Erection accuracy requirement of bottom block. 中心線偏差2mm Center line offset is less than 2mm左右水平偏差4mm Left

32、-and-right level 船底中心線艏艉高度與基線偏差2mm Fore and aft height of bottom center line and base line 2mm 肋骨檢驗(yàn)線前后位置偏差4mm.Back and forth of frame inspection line 4mm8.2舷側(cè)平面分段的吊裝:Hoisting of side level block8.2.1將分段吊上船臺(tái),根據(jù)具體船舶分段劃分圖要求,需要割除的余量,應(yīng)當(dāng)切割完畢,但舷頂列板上緣應(yīng)于分段兩端300400mm不割,以便相鄰分段對(duì)接后,修齊上口線。Lift the block on the sl

33、ipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan, but top of sheer strake should not be cut on the both ends of the block 300400mm so as to touch up the edge line after the block connection.8.2.2使分段定位肋骨線對(duì)準(zhǔn)底部分段相應(yīng)的定位肋骨線.Make the block locating frame line aim at the

34、 opposite locating frame line at bottom8.2.3用水平管(或激光經(jīng)緯儀)使分段縱傾度與基線相一致,并使水線高度符合標(biāo)桿上的相應(yīng)高度。Use the horizontal pipe(or laser theodolite)to make the block trim reconcile with the base line and make the water line height fit the height of pole.8.2.4在分段兩端的肋骨線和甲板邊線相交處吊線錘檢驗(yàn)其型寬。Hang a plumb bob at the connectio

35、n of frame line and deck edge line to test its molded breadth.8.2.5劃出并割除分段下緣的余量Line out and cut the allowance at block underneath. 8.2.6固定分段,以待焊接。Fix the block for welding 8.2.7舷側(cè)平面分段合攏精度控制:Side level block folding accuracy control前后水平=3mm Back and forth =3mm水線高度4mm Water line height 4mm8.3甲板平面分段的吊裝

36、:Deck level block hoisting8.3.1將分段吊上船臺(tái),根據(jù)具體船舶分段劃分圖要求,需要割除的余量,應(yīng)當(dāng)切割完畢。Lift the block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan.8.3.2使分段上橫梁定位線對(duì)準(zhǔn)舷側(cè)分段同號(hào)肋骨定位線。Make the upper beam locating line aim at the ship side same number block frame locating line.8

37、.3.3吊線錘 (或激光經(jīng)緯儀)使分段中心線對(duì)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)底上的船體中心線。Plumb bob (or laser theodolite)make the block center line aim at the hull center line of inner bottom.8.3.4根據(jù)舷側(cè)對(duì)準(zhǔn)甲板邊線。According to the side, aim at the deck edge line.8.3.5利用水平軟管檢驗(yàn)梁拱。Use level hose to test the camber.8.3.6固定分段,以等焊接。Fix the block for welding8.3.7甲板平面

39、on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan8.4.2吊線錘使分段中間定位肋骨線、首端點(diǎn)分別對(duì)準(zhǔn)船臺(tái)上的相應(yīng)肋骨線及首端點(diǎn)位置,兩者相矛盾時(shí),一般以首端點(diǎn)作為定位依據(jù)。Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)make the block center locating frame line and head point respectively aim at frame and the head point on the slipw

If conflict, generally use head point as locating poisition.8.4.3吊線錘 (或激光經(jīng)緯儀)使分段中心線對(duì)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)底上的船體中心線。Plumb bob (or laser theodolite)make the block center line aim at the hull center line of inner bottom.8.4.4吊線錘 (或激光經(jīng)緯儀)校驗(yàn)基線,并使之與高度標(biāo)桿上相應(yīng)的高度符合,并使分段的縱向傾斜度與基線坡度相一致Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)tests the ba

41、se line and make it as same as the height pole and make the block trim as same as the base line gradient. 8.4.5用水平軟管(或激光經(jīng)緯儀)校驗(yàn)艏端點(diǎn)高度,使之與高度標(biāo)桿上的首端點(diǎn)高相符合;也可以用鋼卷尺根據(jù)線型圖上首端點(diǎn)距基線的垂直距離直接量取,但讀數(shù)要考慮因基線坡度而修正的數(shù)值。高度定位時(shí),還需考慮基線的反變形值。Use level hose (or laser theodolite)to test the height of fore head point and make it

42、as same as the height pole. We can also use the steel tap to measure the vertical distance between fore head point and the base line in the body line plan directly. But the revised number due to the base line gradient should be considered. The deformation value of base line should also be considered

43、 when locating the height. 8.4.6用水平軟管在甲板面上校驗(yàn)分段的橫向狀態(tài),使之左右保持水平。Use the level hose on the deck level to test blocks transverse condition and keep it in balance.8.4.7割除余量,并與相鄰分段對(duì)接。Cut off the allowance and connect it with adjacent block.8.4.8固定分段,以等焊接。Fix the block for welding8.4.9艏立體分段的安裝精度要求: Fore tri

45、mm艏柱中心線與船臺(tái)中心線偏差5mm Stem center line and slipway center line deviation 5mm8.5艉立體分段的安裝:Aft tridimensional block installation8.5.1將分段吊上船臺(tái),根據(jù)具體船舶分段劃分圖要求,需要割除的余量,應(yīng)當(dāng)切割完畢。Lift the block on the slipway and cut the allowance which need to be cut according to the block division plan8.5.2吊線錘使分段中間定位肋骨線、尾端點(diǎn)、舵桿中心

46、分別對(duì)準(zhǔn)船臺(tái)上的相應(yīng)標(biāo)記,分段前后位置,定位肋骨線、舵桿中心線與尾端點(diǎn)的位置相矛盾時(shí),一般以舵桿中心線為定位依據(jù)。Plumb bob make the frame line in the middle of block 、the end point and rudderstock center aim at the mark on the slipway separately. When front and back position of block、locating frame line and rudderstock conflict with the end point ,genera

47、lly use the rudderstock center line as the locating basis. 8.5.3吊線錘 (或激光經(jīng)緯儀)使分段中心線對(duì)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)底上的船體中心線。Plumb bob (or laser theodolite)make the block center line aim at the hull center line of inner bottom.8.5.4用水平軟管(或激光經(jīng)緯儀)校驗(yàn)基線,軸中心線高度,使之與高度標(biāo)桿上相應(yīng)的高度相符合,分段的縱傾度與基線坡度相一致。Plumb bob(or laser theodolite)tests the ba

48、se line and make it as same as the height pole and make the block trim as same as the base line gradient.8.5.5用水平軟管(或激光經(jīng)緯儀)校驗(yàn)艉端點(diǎn)高度,使之與高度標(biāo)桿上的尾端點(diǎn)高相符合;也可以用鋼卷尺根據(jù)線型圖上尾端點(diǎn)距基線的垂直距離直接量取,但讀數(shù)要考慮因基線坡度而修正的數(shù)值。高度定位時(shí),當(dāng)尾端點(diǎn)、軸中心線與基線高度相矛盾時(shí),一般以軸中心線高度為定位依據(jù),其余作參考。Use level hose (or laser theodolite)to test the height of f
