24、nication. internal communication： company ehs policy should be reviewed during the ehs committee meeting it should be communicated to all employees and be available to the public. ehs internal communications is carrying out via but not limited to the following approaches: department internal meeting

29、e management relevant employees shall take training courses on how to use and keep ppe properly. they must use ppe correctly. the supervisors/managers shall make sure that ppe are distributed in time and supervise the ppe use. ehsms4.4.6.2 preventive maintenance the company implements preventive mai

37、ent rep., ehs department develops the annual internal audit plan, and organizes the internal audit at lease once per year. the purpose of the internal audit is to determine whether or not the ehs management system conforms to planned arrangements for ehs management including the requirements of iso1

38、4001 and ohsas18001 specification, has been properly implemented and maintained, and is effective in meeting the companys policy and objectives. the audit report should be delivered to all related departments. ehsms 4.6 management review the top management (i.e. the company gm) shall review the ehs
