2、則，地形西南高東北低。由青島市嶗山區(qū)中韓房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)中心招標(biāo)籌建，青島海川建設(shè)集團(tuán)中標(biāo)承建，設(shè)計(jì)單位為青島志海工程設(shè)計(jì)咨詢有限公司,由青島市昌隆建設(shè)咨詢有限公司監(jiān)理。本工程為住宅小區(qū)第五標(biāo)段，包括g-0#、i-1#樓和g-1#、i-2#、3#樓。g-0#、i-1#樓為地下一層商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)，地上13層住宅樓；網(wǎng)點(diǎn)層高為5.1m，住宅層高為2.8m；總建筑面積為8753.43m2 ,其中網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建筑面積為1664.73m2，住宅建筑面積為7088.7m2。g-1#、i-2#、3#樓為地下兩層結(jié)構(gòu)，地下一層為商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)，底下二層為車庫，地上為2#、3#樓住宅，2#住宅樓為13層，3#樓住宅樓為13層，局部一單元

3、為11層；車庫、網(wǎng)點(diǎn)層高為5.1m，住宅部分層高為2.8m；總建筑面積為19950.55m2，其中車庫建筑面積為2961.64m2，網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建筑面積為3530.51m2，2#住宅樓建筑面積為4736.47m2，3#住宅建筑面積為8721.93m2。2. 配電系統(tǒng)的選擇與布置1) 系統(tǒng)形式選擇根據(jù)施工用電機(jī)械設(shè)備的性質(zhì)，建筑施工總平面圖及在建工程的地理位置和周圍環(huán)境，現(xiàn)箱變（由甲方負(fù)責(zé)，供電局施工）先暫時(shí)定位于本項(xiàng)目部的東側(cè)，本項(xiàng)目安裝一個(gè)總箱，從箱變直接引出，至本項(xiàng)目部的最北側(cè)，因此本設(shè)計(jì)只負(fù)責(zé)總箱以下的線路及電氣開關(guān)的選擇。本工程采用380kva變壓器直接供電。根據(jù)施工平面圖中各用電設(shè)備的位置、

4、數(shù)量及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，擬采用放射式與樹干式或混合的配電系統(tǒng)方式，由分配電箱到用電設(shè)備均采用放射式，以保證設(shè)備相互之間無干擾。2) 系統(tǒng)的布置施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)共計(jì)分四路：第一路：分配電箱在3#樓以北，橡皮銅芯電纜。由總配電箱設(shè)到3#樓塔吊西北，二級(jí)配電。由二級(jí)配電箱分四路分別向3#樓塔吊、樓上用電、木工棚及辦公室供電。第二路：分配電箱在2#樓以北，橡皮銅芯電纜。由總配電箱設(shè)到2#塔吊以北，二級(jí)配電。由二級(jí)配電箱分三路分別向2#樓塔吊、樓上供電及鋼筋棚供電。第三路：1#樓以北，橡皮銅芯電纜。由總配電箱設(shè)到1#塔吊北，二級(jí)配電。由二級(jí)配電箱分四路分別向1#樓塔吊、樓上供電、木工棚及鋼筋棚供電。第四路：宿舍以北，橡

5、皮銅芯電纜，由總箱設(shè)到宿舍以北，二級(jí)配電箱向宿舍、食堂、淋浴間及廁所供電。3. 電纜及電線的選擇線路敷設(shè)配電干線除由總配電箱引出的場(chǎng)區(qū)照明支路和移動(dòng)配電箱外，均采用五芯橡皮絕緣線纜敷設(shè)。移動(dòng)配電箱和各支線均選用500伏v橡皮絕緣電纜線。4. 電器裝置選擇1) 總配電箱及分配電箱均設(shè)總自動(dòng)空氣開關(guān)及分路自動(dòng)空氣開關(guān)或刀閘開關(guān)，用電設(shè)備處工作電流大于60a用自動(dòng)空氣開關(guān)。自動(dòng)空氣開關(guān)選用dz10型，刀閘開關(guān)用hk型。2) 每臺(tái)用電設(shè)備均有各自專用的開關(guān)箱，實(shí)行“一機(jī)一閘一漏一箱”制。3) 總配電箱裝設(shè)一塊0-450v的電壓表和一塊0-600a的電流表。4) 照明和動(dòng)力合用一配電箱，但照明與動(dòng)力分路

7、。額定漏電動(dòng)作時(shí)間小于0.1s。3) 保護(hù)零線的安全技術(shù)要求a、保護(hù)零線不得裝設(shè)開關(guān)和熔斷器。b、保護(hù)零線應(yīng)單獨(dú)鋪設(shè)，不作它用，專供正常情況下的不帶電的金屬外殼（如電動(dòng)機(jī)，配電箱，開關(guān)箱外殼等）和重復(fù)接地線相連接。c、與電氣設(shè)備相連接的保護(hù)零線應(yīng)為截面不小于2.5平方毫米的多股軟銅線，保護(hù)零線和工作零線要嚴(yán)格分開，工作零線僅供220v用電設(shè)備使用。、保護(hù)零線的統(tǒng)一標(biāo)志宜為綠/黃雙色線， 或用共它特殊顏色的導(dǎo)線來表示。6. 總配電箱、分配電箱線路鋪設(shè)1) 總配電箱的設(shè)置從箱變至各總箱、總箱至各分配電箱分別直接埋設(shè)電纜線相連接，電纜埋設(shè)深度不小于0.7米 ，過施工道路處，加鋼管保護(hù)，電纜埋設(shè)上方0

8、.2米處，鋪設(shè)電纜標(biāo)志。箱變及總配電箱處設(shè)電度表，配電箱布置圖詳見臨時(shí)用電平面布置。2) 配電箱、開關(guān)箱的設(shè)置配電箱、開關(guān)箱應(yīng)采用鐵質(zhì)或優(yōu)質(zhì)絕緣材料制作，裝設(shè)應(yīng)端正、牢固；移動(dòng)式配電箱、開關(guān)箱應(yīng)裝設(shè)在固定的支架上。固定式配電箱、開關(guān)箱的下底與地面的距離應(yīng)大于1.3m小于1.5m，下面應(yīng)設(shè)置操作人員的絕緣墊；移動(dòng)式配電箱、開關(guān)箱的下底與地面的距離應(yīng)大于0.6m小于1.5m。7. 繪制臨電平面布置圖，接線系統(tǒng)圖（見后）8. 安全用電技術(shù)措施1) 凡是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工用電，一律采用三相五線制，做好重復(fù)接地，設(shè)備作好保護(hù)接零。2) 線路禁止使用老化、絕緣性差的電線，嚴(yán)禁亂拉亂扯，線路架設(shè)要牢固，確保安全。3)

9、 配電箱一律做好防潮、防雨，并作好接零保護(hù)。4) 電動(dòng)施工機(jī)械和手持電動(dòng)機(jī)械的負(fù)荷線選用無接頭的多股銅芯橡皮護(hù)套軟電纜。5) 安裝維修拆除臨時(shí)用電工程，必須由電工完成，其它人員不得擅自施工。6) 購置的設(shè)備必須符合相應(yīng)的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。執(zhí)行專人專機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)制，定期檢查、維修。施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電每周查一次（漏電保護(hù)器每月試測(cè)一次）。9. 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電器防火措施1) 導(dǎo)線必須按設(shè)計(jì)截面選用，嚴(yán)禁超負(fù)荷使用，對(duì)焊機(jī)、電焊機(jī)和塔吊三者不能同時(shí)使用。各種導(dǎo)線的接頭要接扎牢固，并做好絕緣，以防接觸不良增大電阻發(fā)生火災(zāi)。2) 配電箱、開關(guān)箱附近禁止堆放物品，尤其是易燃物品。3) 使用對(duì)焊機(jī)、電焊機(jī)時(shí)，
