1、mba英語作文模板 篇一:英語作文模板 a節(jié)作文 一、 命題原那么 a節(jié)作文調(diào)查的信函書寫,共10分。 要求考生按照所給情景寫出約100個(gè)詞(標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)不計(jì)算在內(nèi))的應(yīng)用性短文,主要包括私人和公務(wù)信函。短文應(yīng)中心明確,切中題意,構(gòu)造明晰,用詞恰當(dāng),無明顯語言錯(cuò)誤。 2010年考題為感謝信;2011年考題為恭喜信;2012年考題為投訴信;2013年考題為通知;2014年為建議信;2015年是通知。 二、 評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn) a節(jié)作文評(píng)分的重點(diǎn)在于信息表達(dá)的全面、準(zhǔn)確、適當(dāng)。主要包括信息點(diǎn)的覆蓋是否全面,語篇構(gòu)造和格式是否正確,語言表達(dá)是否準(zhǔn)確,語域是否恰當(dāng),語法構(gòu)造和詞匯是否多樣等方面。 1. 評(píng)分時(shí),要按
2、照文章的內(nèi)容和語言來確定其所屬檔次,然后以該檔次的要求給分。 2. a節(jié)作文的字?jǐn)?shù)要求是100個(gè)詞左右或80到100個(gè)詞,文章長度不符合要求的酌情扣分。 3. 拼寫與標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)是反映語言準(zhǔn)確新的一個(gè)方面。評(píng)分時(shí)要視其對(duì)交流的阻礙程度予以考慮。英、美拼寫及詞匯用法均可接受。 4. 如書寫較差,以致阻礙理解,那么將分?jǐn)?shù)降低一個(gè)檔次。 三、 信函寫作標(biāo)準(zhǔn) a. 信函的組成部分 a節(jié)作文主要調(diào)查信函寫作,本節(jié)的信函主要分為商務(wù)信函和私人信函。不管是商務(wù)信函或私人信函原那么上都應(yīng)包含以下六個(gè)組成部分:1)寫信人姓名、地址和日期;2)收信人姓名、地址和日期;3)稱呼;4)正文;5)客套語;6)落款。 但是在
3、當(dāng)中,只需要按照相關(guān)信函類別完成稱呼、正文、客套語及落款即可。 以下表格將按照信函的正式程度(即語域)給出相應(yīng)的稱呼和客套語:b. 信函規(guī)劃方式: 信函的規(guī)劃方式主要有三種:平齊式、半平齊式和縮進(jìn)式。考慮到實(shí)際的可操作性,我們推薦使用縮進(jìn)式。 縮進(jìn)式要求客套語和署名右對(duì)齊,正文每段縮進(jìn)五個(gè)字符,段與段之間不空行。如以下圖: (三)縮進(jìn)式 salutation _ _ _ complimentary close signature 四、 信函分類 a. 公務(wù)信函 a) 公務(wù)信函是出于公務(wù)目的而書寫的信函,文體正式。其類別如下: 1)求職信;2)懇求信;3)邀請(qǐng)信;4)致歉信;5)推薦信;6)投訴
4、信;7)詢價(jià)/銷售信;8)證明信或表揚(yáng)信 b) 公務(wù)信函的稱呼 ? 當(dāng)不明晰對(duì)方性別時(shí):”dear sir or dear madam”, “ dear sir or madam”, “dear sir/madam” ? 寫給與本人的同行人時(shí):”dear colleague(s)” ? 寫證明信或表揚(yáng)信時(shí):”to whom it may concern” c) 商務(wù)信函的5c原那么 1)明晰明白(clarity);2)簡要明了(conciseness);3)文明禮貌(courtesy);4)correctness(準(zhǔn)確無誤);5)構(gòu)造完好(completeness) b. 私人信函 a) 私人
5、信函是出于私人目的寫給朋友、父母、同學(xué)或親戚的信函。其文體不正式。 b) 私人信函的客套語: ? 寫給親人或好朋友:yours, with love, with best wishes, yours affectionately, yours sincerely等 ? 寫給一般朋友:your sincerely, always truthfully yours, with best wishes, as ever yours等 ? 寫給上級(jí)或領(lǐng)導(dǎo):yours respectfully, obediently yours, very respectfully yours等 ? 寫給陌生人:fai
