化妝品常用乳化劑

1、HLB值HLB值：表面活性劑為具有親水基團(tuán)和親油基團(tuán)的兩親分子，表面活性劑分子中親水基和親油基之間的大小和力量平衡程度的量，定義為表面活性劑的親水親油平衡值。1949年由W.C.Griffin率先提出HLB值論點(diǎn),說(shuō)明表面活性劑分子中的親水基團(tuán)與親油基團(tuán)的平衡關(guān)系。油性，B是Balanee表示平衡的意思。在HLB中HHydrophile 表示親水性，L為L(zhǎng)ipophylic表示親HLB較表面活性劑的親油或親水程度可以用HLB值的大小判別，HLB值越大代表親水性越強(qiáng)，HLB值越小代表親油性越強(qiáng)，參考價(jià)值。親油性表面活性劑一般而言HLB值從140之間。HLB在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中有重要HLB值（Hydrop

2、hile-Lipophile Bala nee Number ）稱親水疏水平衡值，也稱水油度。它既與表面活性劑的親水親油性有關(guān)，又與表面活性劑的表面（界面）張力、界面上的吸附性、乳化性及乳狀液穩(wěn)定性、分散性、溶解性、去污性等基本性能有關(guān)，還與表面活性劑的應(yīng)用性能有關(guān)。親水親油平衡值（HLB值）是用來(lái)表示表面活性劑親水或親油能力大小的值。1949年Griffin 提出了 HLB值的概念。將非離子表面活性劑的HLB值的范圍定為020 ,將疏水性最大的完全由飽和烷烴基組成的石蠟的HLB值定為0 ,將親水性最大的完全由親水性的氧乙烯基組成的聚氧乙烯的HLB值定為20，其他的表面活性劑的HLB值則介于0

3、20之間。HLB值越大，其親水性越強(qiáng)，HLB值越小，其親油性越強(qiáng)。隨著新型表面活性劑的不斷問(wèn)世，已有親水性更強(qiáng)的品種應(yīng)用于實(shí)際,如月桂醇硫酸鈉的HLB值為40。圖2-3膠束的結(jié)構(gòu)表面活性劑由于在油-水界面上的定向排列而具有降低界面張力的作用，所以其親水與親油能力應(yīng)適當(dāng)平衡。如果親水或親油能力過(guò)大，則表面活性劑就會(huì)完全表2-1常用表面活性劑的 HLB值表面活性劑的 HLB值不同，其用途也不同，見(jiàn)圖2-4圖2-4不同HLB值的表面活性劑的用途非離子表面活性劑的 HLB值還可利用一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式計(jì)算得出，例如：HLB=7+11.7 lgM W /M 0式中MW和M 0分別為表面活性劑分子中親水基團(tuán)和親油
