1、宿管辦工作人員分工及崗位職責(zé)博湖中學(xué)食宿管理辦公室工作人員分工及崗位職責(zé)食宿管理辦公室是學(xué)校管理學(xué)生宿舍和食堂的常設(shè)性機構(gòu)應(yīng)按照學(xué)校全盤工 作的要求在分管副校長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下認真執(zhí)行學(xué)校的各項工作計劃落實崗位職責(zé)和 管理制度為住校生提供良好的食宿服務(wù)杜絕安全事故的發(fā)生。為明確崗位職責(zé) 強化常規(guī)管理現(xiàn)就食宿管理辦公室工作人員的分工和崗位職責(zé)規(guī)定如下本規(guī) 定自2014年9月1日起實行。一、崗位設(shè)置及分工1. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人1名*:主要協(xié)助分管副校長做好宿舍和食堂的日常管理工作包括食堂承包協(xié)議 和食品衛(wèi)生安全責(zé)任書的簽訂與落實、食堂飯菜價格質(zhì)量及食品衛(wèi)生安全監(jiān) 管、對食堂從業(yè)人員資格進行審查并對其進

2、行食品衛(wèi)生安全知識培訓(xùn)測試，負責(zé) 管理宿舍管理人員分配工作對在崗情況和宿舍紀(jì)律衛(wèi)生進行抽查。協(xié)調(diào)配合總 務(wù)處完成辦公用品和消耗物品的采購發(fā)放和各種公物及消防設(shè)施的檢修工作。參加 夜間巡查、計算核實加班費、臨時工工資做好迎接各種檢查的準(zhǔn)備工作完成校 長和分管副校長交辦的其他丄作。同時負責(zé)食宿管理辦公室檔案資料的整理、宿舍 日常檢查結(jié)果公示、班級宿舍考核、學(xué)生意見建議的整理上報和答復(fù)反饋.2. 食宿管理辦公室工作人員1名a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout and simultaneous measurement

9、在崗情況、宿舍 衛(wèi)生進行檢查同時負責(zé)協(xié)助檢修公物和消防設(shè)施、報送各種文件信息、參加夜間 巡查、視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的日常管理維護等。二、崗位職責(zé)，一,食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人1. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)認真執(zhí)行學(xué)校的工作計劃和各項規(guī)章制度服從校 長和分管副校長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)遇到問題應(yīng)及時請示匯報。2. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人每學(xué)期伊始應(yīng)配合分管副校長制定本學(xué)期的丄作訃劃 員。3. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)配合分管副校長制定完善學(xué)校宿舍食堂管理的各項 規(guī)章制度。4. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)認真落實各項規(guī)章制度督促食宿管理辦公室工作 人員加強常規(guī)檢查落實各項整改措施并將處理結(jié)果及時報告分管副校長經(jīng)同 意后貫徹執(zhí)行。5.

10、食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)定期組織召開食宿管理辦公室例會并督促丄作人 員做好會議記錄。6. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)在工作人員的配合下定期,至少每周一次，對宿舍和 食堂的碩件設(shè)施包括水、暖、電、氣、消毒、消防設(shè)施進行檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)存在安全隱 患和影響學(xué)生正常使用的應(yīng)及時登記并聯(lián)系總務(wù)處進行妥善維修。7. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)督促工作人員做好宿舍和食堂的常規(guī)檢查工作，每 天上午下午各一次，對于存在的問題應(yīng)認真登記a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout and simultaneous measurement of two

17、理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)立即啟動應(yīng)急預(yù)案并向 分管副校長匯報以逐級上報。9. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)在學(xué)生食堂承包協(xié)議到期前提前一個月提醒分管副校長上報學(xué)校以便做好續(xù)簽或轉(zhuǎn)包工作。在學(xué)校同意后及時查驗承包人身 份證、戶口本、健康證原件后收取復(fù)印件在分管副校長主持下簽訂承包協(xié)議及食 品衛(wèi)生安全責(zé)任書并妥善保管。在日常監(jiān)管中應(yīng)確保不出現(xiàn)私自轉(zhuǎn)包或者變更實 際經(jīng)營人的行為。10. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)與衛(wèi)生防疫部門協(xié)調(diào)好關(guān)系經(jīng)常性主動邀請其 對學(xué)校食堂的食品衛(wèi)生安全工作進行檢查指導(dǎo)以提高學(xué)校食堂的管理水平確保 食品衛(wèi)生安全。11. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人應(yīng)定期組織對食堂從業(yè)人員進行食品衛(wèi)生安全知識 培訓(xùn)及測

18、試每學(xué)期至少1次。12. 食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人每學(xué)期應(yīng)對各宿舍和食堂組織一次綜合評價通過 學(xué)生測評、常規(guī)檢查及上級檢查結(jié)果匯總形成綜合性評價結(jié)果作為續(xù)包食堂和宿 舍管理員年終考核的主要依據(jù)。13. 每學(xué)年開學(xué)初協(xié)助食宿管理辦公室負責(zé)人及時與各班級核對住宿生人數(shù) 并在此基礎(chǔ)上制定宿舍調(diào)整分配方案以同年級同樓層和同班級同宿舍為原則確保 全部住宿生順利入住。14. 每周五應(yīng)及時收回各宿舍的常規(guī)檢查表冊并發(fā)放空口表冊包括住宿生 考勤表、班主任查宿表、衛(wèi)生檢查記錄、住宿生違紀(jì)a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout and

25、the記錄、住宿生缺勤記錄等。其中尤其是要核對住宿生考勤表出現(xiàn)變動的要及 時修訂確?？记诒淼臏?zhǔn)確性。15. 每周日晚自習(xí)前應(yīng)根據(jù)本周宿舍考核結(jié)果將班級宿舍紀(jì)律衛(wèi)生協(xié)查通 報報到德育處用于核查班級流動紅旗的發(fā)放。16. 每周一對上一周的班主任查宿記錄、文明宿舍評選結(jié)果進行匯總核對后 張貼于食宿管理辦公室門前和教學(xué)樓進行公示。17. 每月第一周對本月的班級宿舍考核結(jié)果進行公示三天后如無異議及時將 考核結(jié)果報送德育處。18. 負責(zé)食宿管理檔案資料的整理和保管應(yīng)按照上級考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以學(xué)期為單 位整理裝訂好以備檢查。,三，*1. 每天上午和下午對各宿舍樓進行一次常規(guī)檢查檢查內(nèi)容包括管理人員的在 崗情況、宿舍

26、公共衛(wèi)生宿舍內(nèi)衛(wèi)生抽查。檢查結(jié)果應(yīng)記錄在冊存在缺勤或衛(wèi)生 不合格現(xiàn)象應(yīng)及時向負責(zé)人或分管副校長匯報。2. 每周應(yīng)對宿舍的公物和消防設(shè)施進行一次常規(guī)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)損壞要進行登記。 屬于學(xué)生故意破壞的要通過管理員追查責(zé)任人落實賠償屬于正常損耗或失效的應(yīng) 及時保修。3. 每天對宿舍食堂區(qū)的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進行例行檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)有異常應(yīng)進行登記并 及時報修。宿舍發(fā)生公物損壞或其他事故需要調(diào)看視頻監(jiān)控記錄的應(yīng)協(xié)助管理員及 時調(diào)看結(jié)果應(yīng)進行登記。4. 應(yīng)按照上級文件規(guī)定的時間及時報送各種文檔信息資料。a special tool to measure half a point the rotor shaft runout

33、he3. 應(yīng)根據(jù)夜間巡視值班表和宿舍食堂夜間巡視人員崗位職責(zé)規(guī)定的時間參 加夜間巡查巡視情況應(yīng)詳細記錄。6. 每天中午和下午對各食堂的食品衛(wèi)生安全工作進行一次常規(guī)檢查并做好記 錄。檢查重點包括餐具消毒、人員服裝、飯菜加工、原料存儲、公共區(qū)衛(wèi)生等。7. 每學(xué)期開學(xué)初應(yīng)及時統(tǒng)計損失所需公物和損耗品的品名和數(shù)量清單待相關(guān) 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審閱簽字后及時報送總務(wù)處統(tǒng)一采購接到總務(wù)處入庫通知后及時簽字領(lǐng)取發(fā) 放。每學(xué)期末將本學(xué)期大件的損耗品的廢件，如閘閥、水龍頭、暖氣片，等應(yīng)登記造 冊交還總務(wù)處。8. 接到宿舍和食堂維修通知單后應(yīng)協(xié)助負責(zé)人及時對宿舍和食堂的水暖電氣 故障進行檢修和維護確保正常使用。9. 根據(jù)負責(zé)人
