1、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)評(píng)定規(guī)則1. 目的:為公平設(shè)定本公司之動(dòng)作單元之時(shí)間標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以資評(píng)估產(chǎn)品之標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)及生產(chǎn)線人力之依據(jù),故制定此細(xì)則.2. 范圍:凡本公司之所有產(chǎn)品之操作員正常操作時(shí)間均適之.3. 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)系統(tǒng)采用模特排時(shí)間法(Modolar Arrangement of Predetermined TimeStandard, 簡(jiǎn)稱 :MOD 法 )4. MOD 法說(shuō)明 :模特法的基本原理來(lái)源于大量人體工程學(xué)的試總結(jié),歸納有以下幾個(gè)方面:(1) 所有由人進(jìn)行的作業(yè),均是共通的基本動(dòng)作組成的,模特法將實(shí)際生產(chǎn)作業(yè)中的人體動(dòng)作歸納為21 種 .(2) 不同的人做同一動(dòng)作(在作業(yè)條件相同的情況下)所需時(shí)間基本
2、相等.(3) 人體不同部位的動(dòng)作,所用時(shí)間值是相互成比例的,如手的動(dòng)作時(shí)間是手指動(dòng)作時(shí)間的(4) 倍 ,小臂的動(dòng)作時(shí)間是手指動(dòng)作時(shí)間的3 倍 ,由此就可以定義手指一次動(dòng)作時(shí)間為人體動(dòng)作的基本單位時(shí)間,同時(shí)其他動(dòng)作與之成倍數(shù)關(guān)系計(jì)算求得.模特法根據(jù)人的動(dòng)作級(jí)次,選擇以一個(gè)正常人的級(jí)次最低、速度最快、能量消耗最小的一次 ,即手指動(dòng)作的時(shí)間消耗值,作為它的時(shí)間單位,即 1MOD=0.129S模特法的21 種動(dòng)作都以手指動(dòng)作一次(移動(dòng)距離2.5cm) 的時(shí)間消耗值為基準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)、比較,來(lái)確定各動(dòng)作的時(shí)間值.具體 21 個(gè)動(dòng)作的分類及表示符號(hào)見下表:MOD法動(dòng)作時(shí)間分類表分類內(nèi)容符號(hào)附加條件手指動(dòng)作M1

4、符號(hào)內(nèi)容例1延時(shí)BD表十只手進(jìn)行動(dòng)作,另一只手處于停止?fàn)顟B(tài),不給予時(shí)間右手M左手BD2保持H表小用手拿著或抓有物體一直不動(dòng)的狀態(tài),主要指扶持與固定的動(dòng)作,不給時(shí)間左手H右手P23后效時(shí)間UT指人的動(dòng)作以外,機(jī)械或其他二乙要求發(fā)生的,非動(dòng)作產(chǎn)生的因有附加時(shí)間,需要準(zhǔn)確測(cè)時(shí).如機(jī)械的工作時(shí)間、焊錫、怫接、測(cè)試、涂布等插件焊錫時(shí)的執(zhí)錫時(shí)問(wèn)UT或儀表測(cè)試時(shí)問(wèn)3/32 M由上表知,MOD 法把人的動(dòng)作分成上肢、下肢、其他等動(dòng)作,分別由符號(hào)M 、 G、 P、 F、W代表符號(hào)后僅賦予數(shù)字1、2、3代表模特時(shí)間值,如M1代表1MOD=0.129SEC,M2即代表 2MOD 、以此類推.5. 本公司 MOD 法
5、制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)基準(zhǔn)如下:(1) 以 MOD 分析之正常時(shí)間(即 100% 效率水平 ).(2) 本細(xì)則規(guī)定之標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)距離為20CM.(3) 私事寬放:因本廠采取中休制度,故寬放率為0%.(4) 疲勞寬放:因本廠作業(yè)強(qiáng)度屬輕、中度作業(yè),故取寬放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為15%.(5)作業(yè)寬放:如,a.臺(tái)及場(chǎng)地的簡(jiǎn)單清潔與準(zhǔn)備,包括轉(zhuǎn)換產(chǎn)品品種時(shí)的時(shí)間消耗.b.來(lái)料及零件不良造成的停頓.(SMT零件腳寬不準(zhǔn))c.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督者與檢查員臨時(shí)抽檢及口頭指示造成的偶發(fā)停頓.d.上下工位的傳遞中偶發(fā)問(wèn)題等.以上各寬放平均取:3%.(6) 特殊寬放:如管理寬放、小批量的寬放、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)寬放、機(jī)械干擾的寬放、不同作業(yè)人群的寬放等,平均取:2
