41、均勻填充的要求。實踐中,同時滿足多種要求是困難的,多數(shù)情況下是以滿足一個主要的要求為主,在此前提下,再滿足別的要求。因此在明確分析要求的基礎(chǔ)上,還要分清楚哪些是本次分析的主要要求。 確定了分析的要求和重點后,還要初步認(rèn)定修改或者變動哪些參數(shù)。比如說,影響熔結(jié)痕位置的主要因素是澆口的位置和制品的形狀特點,而制品的形狀一般是不允許變動的;影響翹曲和變形量的因素則主要是制品的形狀,從工藝的角度看,注射壓力過大、保壓時間過長和冷卻不均勻都可以導(dǎo)致翹曲變型過大。除了制品結(jié)構(gòu)本身的特點外,澆口、流道的尺寸都可以直接影響到型腔內(nèi)的注射壓力,冷卻水道的尺寸和布置情況則直接影響到冷卻的均勻程度。這些因素又間接地

42、影響到了制品的變形和翹曲。 (2) 分析制品結(jié)構(gòu)的特點。使用專業(yè)的CAE分析軟件進(jìn)行注塑流動模擬,首先都要進(jìn)行幾何建模,一般來說,這一過程要花費很長的時間。為此,要對幾何模型作適當(dāng)程度的簡化以縮短建模時間,提高計算效率。目前,一些CAE軟件已經(jīng)具有從專業(yè)化的CAD軟件中直接輸入實體模型,再使用該軟件中特定的中性面抽取工具提取中性面進(jìn)行計算的功能,但是在制品的結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜時會產(chǎn)生諸多問題。因此,簡化對計算結(jié)果影響不顯著的細(xì)節(jié)仍然具有很大的意義。 簡化的方法可以根據(jù)專業(yè)化軟件提供的不同功能進(jìn)行。簡化的原則是與整個制品的尺度相比較可以忽略的細(xì)微結(jié)構(gòu),距離澆口較遠(yuǎn)或與料流方向相互平行的細(xì)節(jié)也可以忽略。至于網(wǎng)格的劃分,最好根據(jù)制品的不同結(jié)構(gòu),在不同的區(qū)域采用不同尺度的網(wǎng)格,以獲得計算精度較高的
