45、e shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Manufacturer against all claims and damages for injury to, or death of, one or more persons and for damage to, or loss of, property arising from or attributed to the conduct, operations, or performance of the Consignee.(5) The Consignee must not repre

46、sent that he or she owns any rights in the Manufacturers Intellectual Property, nor is the Consignee permitted to use the Manufacturers name as any part of its own name. (5) This license shall be automatically renewed for a one-year term expiring December 31st of the following year, unless either party hereto shall be given written notice to the contrary a

55、t least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date.
