1、NZ7系列雙電源說明書1、適用范圍NZ7系列自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)電器適用于交流工頻50Hz,額定工作電壓AC400V，額定工作電流至630A的三相四線雙路供電電網(wǎng)中，自動(dòng)將一個(gè)或幾個(gè)負(fù)載電路從一個(gè)電源接至另一個(gè)電源，以保證負(fù)載電路的正常供電。 本產(chǎn)品適用于工業(yè)、商業(yè)、高層和民用住宅等較為重要的場所。 執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T 14048.11。2、型號(hào)及含義3、正常工作條件3.1 周圍空氣溫度周圍空氣溫度上限為+40，下限為-5，且24h內(nèi)平均溫度不超過+35；3.2 海拔 安裝地點(diǎn)的海拔不超過2000m；3.3 大氣條件大氣的相對(duì)濕度在周圍最高溫度+40時(shí)不超過50%，在較低的溫度下可以有較高的相對(duì)濕度，

2、例如+20時(shí)達(dá)到90%，對(duì)于溫度變化偶爾產(chǎn)生的凝露，應(yīng)采取特殊的措施。3.4 污染等級(jí) 污染等級(jí)為3級(jí)。4、技術(shù)參數(shù)及性能5、特性及功能NZ7系列自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)電器(以下簡稱自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān))是結(jié)合先進(jìn)的數(shù)字電子控制技術(shù)的新一代CB級(jí)產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品具有體積小、節(jié)能、安裝方便、功能先進(jìn)齊全、可靠雙重聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)等特點(diǎn)。5.1 體積小單電機(jī)傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)，利用電機(jī)正反旋轉(zhuǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)換功能，同時(shí)使產(chǎn)品高度降低，減小了安裝空間。5.2 節(jié)能驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用電動(dòng)機(jī)傳動(dòng)方式，功耗小，噪音小。5.3 功能先進(jìn)齊全 5.4 雙重聯(lián)鎖保護(hù) 采用機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖和電氣聯(lián)鎖雙重保護(hù)，防止兩路電源同時(shí)接通；其中電氣聯(lián)鎖采用直接指示自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)的斷路器

3、觸頭位置方式，實(shí)現(xiàn)真正意義的電氣聯(lián)鎖防止觸頭熔焊、斷路器手柄損壞、電路故障斷路器脫扣等情況下發(fā)生自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換。6、控制器6.1 A型控制器集成一體分體模式，安裝于柜內(nèi)或柜體面板，可進(jìn)行柜外操作。根據(jù)工作電源狀態(tài)，決定是否從一個(gè)電源轉(zhuǎn)換到另一個(gè)電源。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)組的控制按鍵式手動(dòng)強(qiáng)制轉(zhuǎn)換動(dòng)作6.2 控制電壓AC230V 50Hz6.3 操作：自動(dòng)操作、手動(dòng)操作6.4 設(shè)定延時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換延時(shí)：0180s連續(xù)可調(diào)返回延時(shí)：0180s連續(xù)可調(diào)6.5 顯示和操作界面LED數(shù)碼管顯示a. 自動(dòng)工作模式指示；b. 手動(dòng)工作模式指示；c. 故障指示當(dāng)開關(guān)出現(xiàn)故障或負(fù)載短路引起斷路器跳閘后時(shí)此指示亮；d. 常用電源電壓參數(shù)顯示

25、常開狀態(tài)，只響應(yīng)“ 功能 ”按鍵。 開機(jī)：保持按“ 功能 ”按鍵超過3秒鐘，裝置將開機(jī)，LCD 顯示屏背光燈亮，同時(shí)LCD顯示 “歡迎使用”，隨后裝置進(jìn)入開機(jī)狀態(tài)。 關(guān)機(jī)：在開機(jī)狀態(tài)下，保持按“ 功能 ”按鈕超過5 秒鐘，裝置將關(guān)機(jī)，處于關(guān)機(jī)狀態(tài)。 注：開關(guān)機(jī)一經(jīng)設(shè)定，不因電源有無而改變。6.2 故障解除操作： 同時(shí)按下“”“”鍵。 當(dāng)開關(guān)過流脫扣或合、分閘失敗時(shí)，裝置自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)入手動(dòng)狀態(tài)，必須首先進(jìn)行故障解除操作后方能重新設(shè)置回“自動(dòng)”狀態(tài)。6.3 顯示切換操作： 按“”或“”鍵進(jìn)行顯示屏幕間的切換。6.4 功能設(shè)置操作： 6.4.1 手動(dòng)自動(dòng)功能設(shè)置操作：按“”鍵翻屏到如下屏幕：自動(dòng)手動(dòng)狀態(tài)設(shè)
