1、地產(chǎn)前期開發(fā)崗位職責(zé) 一、前期質(zhì)量策劃 1.使用新零件質(zhì)量開發(fā)計劃,即qpn的系統(tǒng)管理方法對產(chǎn)品開發(fā)各階段的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進行分析和監(jiān)控,并及時通報對qpn各階段的評價結(jié)果; 2.依據(jù)項目負責(zé)人編制的項目技術(shù)文件如控制計劃、pfmea編制檢驗計劃和測量方案規(guī)劃(pmp); 3.負責(zé)制定新產(chǎn)品的檢驗指導(dǎo)書; 4.配合項目負責(zé)人樣件制作/負責(zé)試生產(chǎn)過程中樣件質(zhì)量確實認,以及生產(chǎn)過程中樣品質(zhì)量合格率等數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計和分析,完成生產(chǎn)設(shè)備能力研究報告cmk、過程能力研究報告ppk、測量系統(tǒng)分析報告msa; 5.負責(zé)完成項目相關(guān)試驗,包括公司內(nèi)部完成試驗和委外完成試驗; 6.同項目小組成員一起識別產(chǎn)品的特別特性和潛

2、在的失效模式及后果分析(p-fema); 7.協(xié)助出具關(guān)鍵過程、特別特性清單; 8.出具內(nèi)部2tp認可報告; 二、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作 任職要求: 教育背景: 大專以上學(xué)歷,理工或企業(yè)管理類相關(guān)專業(yè); 培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷: 經(jīng) 驗: 3年以上的制造領(lǐng)域工程/質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗,其中2年以上的質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗; 技能技巧: 質(zhì)量檢驗知識;質(zhì)量管理知識;質(zhì)量體系知識(iatf16949)、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)知識。 工程前期崗位職責(zé) 前期工程師 崗位職責(zé): study of customer data generate of cost calculation support in cost reduction study/pr
