1、苦玄參40個株系表型性狀遺傳多樣性分析p 【摘要】：p ： 植物遺傳多樣性一直以來是種質資研究的熱點。為揭示苦玄參栽培種質的遺傳多樣性，該研究從苦玄參常年栽培種中根據形態(tài)學性狀差異選擇40個株系，以產量、藥效物質含量及莖、葉、花等形態(tài)學性狀為指標，進行物種變異和遺傳多樣性分析p ，并對其進行聚類分析p ，獲取各株系遺傳親緣關系。結果表明：苦玄參苷IA和IB含量的遺傳變異系數較高，分別為24.225和17.853；遺傳多樣性指數高，分別為1.920和2.075。產量遺傳變異系數較低，僅為3.637，但遺傳多樣性指數較高，達到1.884。其余表型性狀指標遺傳變異系數均較高，其中花色高達127.79

2、4。數值型性狀具有較高的遺傳多樣性，均大于1，但描述型指標遺傳多樣性指標較低，均小于1。聚類分析p 可將供試材料分為4個大的類群：第類群共有7個株系，此類群產量性狀及相關指標平均數較高；第類群有8個株系，莖節(jié)長度最長，其余指標中等偏下；第類群數量最多，有20個株系，各指標均較低；第類群有5個株系，苦玄參苷含量和產量均較高，綜合指標比較優(yōu)。相關分析p 結果表明，苦玄參苷IA的含量與葉緣性狀具有顯著相關，產量性狀與莖節(jié)長度、一級分枝和末級分枝數具有極顯著相關，選擇優(yōu)良種質應注重該4個性狀的選擇。該研究結果表明目前苦玄參栽培種具有廣泛的變異和較高的遺傳多樣性，為苦玄參資的利用提供了參考依據?！娟P鍵詞
