11、poses, onlythe first halfofthi s year, cars for privatepurpose s or隨著中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在現(xiàn)代傳播中的影響力越來越大,而中國農(nóng)村人口眾多 ,傳播媒介相對欠缺,這使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在農(nóng)村有較大的作為空間,發(fā)展農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)意義巨大而深遠(yuǎn)。本文主要闡述互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在中國鄉(xiāng)村的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,作用及影響力,以期探索出一條符合鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的大眾傳媒新路徑!信息時代,農(nóng)村信息資源匱乏將是社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的發(fā)展瓶頸,也將成為 拉大城鄉(xiāng) 之間發(fā)展差距的決定因素。搜索引擎、網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞等網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用充分體現(xiàn)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng) 具有信息儲量 大、信息全面、查詢方便、信息更新及時
12、等優(yōu)勢。對于信息相對匱乏的農(nóng)村而言,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)無疑是廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)方便快捷的信息渠道。將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的信息獲取優(yōu)勢有效地應(yīng)用到農(nóng)村的生產(chǎn)、生活中,是提高農(nóng)村信息化服務(wù)水平,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村發(fā)展的真正意義所在。一, 農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀1. 農(nóng)村網(wǎng)民規(guī)模近年來中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶規(guī)模持續(xù)增長,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及率穩(wěn)步上升。據(jù)CNNIC統(tǒng)計, 截至 2011 年 6 月底,中國網(wǎng)民規(guī)模達(dá)4.85 億人,網(wǎng)絡(luò)普及率36%。農(nóng)村網(wǎng)民已經(jīng)達(dá)到1.31億人,占全國網(wǎng)民的27%2. 農(nóng)村網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)農(nóng) 村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱,公共上網(wǎng)資源匱乏。雖然在“村村能上網(wǎng)”、 “鄉(xiāng)鄉(xiāng)有網(wǎng)站”、“家電下鄉(xiāng)”等國家政策和企業(yè)投資扶持下,我國農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施
13、有了明顯改善。但是, 目前部分農(nóng)村地區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用的基礎(chǔ)條件還很匱乏,網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用的增長條件和空間不足。據(jù)調(diào)查, 農(nóng)村非網(wǎng)民中19.7%的人是由于沒有電腦等上網(wǎng)設(shè)備,3.5%的人是由于當(dāng)?shù)貨]有網(wǎng)絡(luò)接入條件。尤其是中西部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后的農(nóng)村地區(qū),家庭擁有電腦率較低,網(wǎng)吧和學(xué)校成為農(nóng)村居民接觸和使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的重要場所,而這些地區(qū)網(wǎng)吧缺乏監(jiān)督管理,環(huán)境較差、電腦硬件更新周期較長,配置較低;學(xué)校的上網(wǎng)硬件設(shè)施數(shù)量少、配置也只能滿足最基礎(chǔ)的電腦使用. 3. 農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用情況eaders driving ave hicle accide ntca used by roa d accidents, 1,1 pe op
