57、心理需求,從而 提高用戶對產(chǎn)品的忠誠度。用戶體驗(yàn)來源于交互設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域中所創(chuàng)造的用戶感知的 理論體系,而用戶體驗(yàn)在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中具有主觀性且個(gè)體乂都是存在差異的,不同 的用戶對產(chǎn)品的體驗(yàn)是不同的,這就決定了用戶的體驗(yàn)無法通過場景的再造來完 全重現(xiàn),可是對于具有一些共性的群體,我們可以通過良好的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)來認(rèn)識他 們的共性,從而使產(chǎn)品滿足這一用戶群的需求。簡而言之,用戶體驗(yàn)的目標(biāo)就是 不斷達(dá)到有用、易用、好用、愛用四個(gè)階段。綜上所述,本研究認(rèn)為用戶體驗(yàn)是用戶、產(chǎn)品、情境之間相互作用產(chǎn)生的心 理感知,包括感官感知、情感和認(rèn)知評價(jià)上的體驗(yàn)。智能手機(jī)APP界面的用戶 體驗(yàn)即用戶在移動(dòng)終端進(jìn)行操作活動(dòng)時(shí),所產(chǎn)生的對產(chǎn)品(傳達(dá)的信息、視覺設(shè) iT)的感官、情感和認(rèn)知反饋。3手機(jī)APP界面設(shè)計(jì)的體驗(yàn)層面基于PC端用戶體驗(yàn)在結(jié)構(gòu)上的判定具有主觀性、豐富性以及過程上的動(dòng) 態(tài)性,智能手機(jī)APP界面設(shè)計(jì)在用戶體驗(yàn)情境上與其具有較大的差異性,因此 對已有的用戶體驗(yàn)研究從層次、結(jié)構(gòu)、過程、測量、設(shè)計(jì)等角度對用戶體驗(yàn)的結(jié) 構(gòu)進(jìn)行探索,從而為智能手機(jī)APP界面設(shè)計(jì)的體驗(yàn)層面研究提供理論依據(jù)。通過對已有的用戶體驗(yàn)層次、結(jié)構(gòu)和過程等模型進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)的探索,可以得出 智能手機(jī)APP界面設(shè)計(jì)中用戶體驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)層面模型可以劃分為感官感知(視覺
