1、l 我學(xué)位學(xué)程的宗旨My Programs Mission國(guó)際學(xué)院觀光學(xué)程之宗旨在於培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在觀光服務(wù)領(lǐng)域之專業(yè)知識(shí)以及技能上能夠?qū)I(yè)地規(guī)劃與管理，使學(xué)生不僅能致力於觀光業(yè)更甚而提升觀光業(yè)之整體品質(zhì)。The aim of the Travel and Tourism program in the International College is to nurture personnel with the knowledge and skills for professional planning and management, combining both theory and practic

9、位學(xué)程的師資是由銘傳大學(xué)之觀光學(xué)院為主要來源，旅遊與觀光之師資共有七位，其主要的專業(yè)研究包括有觀光行銷管理、觀光人力資源管理、服務(wù)品質(zhì)管理、海洋觀光、生態(tài)觀光、旅遊產(chǎn)品策略之研究等等；休閒遊憩領(lǐng)域的師資則有六位，他們的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域含概了森林遊憩、水域遊憩、商業(yè)遊憩、土地規(guī)劃與開發(fā)、兒童遊憩等等，兼顧量化與質(zhì)化研究本質(zhì)；餐旅經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的師資則有五位，專業(yè)領(lǐng)域包括有餐旅行銷管理、餐旅策略管理、餐飲衛(wèi)生安全、飲料管理、營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)、餐飲設(shè)施開發(fā)、消費(fèi)者行為研究等等。老師們?cè)诿磕甓加新眠[觀光休閒相關(guān)之學(xué)術(shù)作品發(fā)表於國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)際期刊，同時(shí)，每年也固定有三至五件研究案榮獲國(guó)科位的補(bǔ)助。 The Travel and T

10、ourism Program of International College share faculty from the School of Tourism of Ming Chuan University. The 18 faculty members focus in three areas of specialty. Seven of them specialize in tourism marketing management, tourism human resource management, service management, marine tourism, eco-to

11、urism, travel product design. Six of them specialize in forest recreation, water recreation, commercial recreation, land planning and development, and childrens play. Finally, five focus on hospitality management, strategic hospitality management, food hygiene, beverage management, nutrition science

12、, facility planning and development, consumer behavior and so forth. They participate in local and international conferences annually, presenting different types of research. Each year an average of 3 to 5 of their projects receive research grants from National Science Council. l My Programs Project

16、s我學(xué)位學(xué)程的資源旅遊與觀光學(xué)程最重要的資源是人力資源：學(xué)生，老師們及職員。每一位老師在校園裏都有其的研究室，所有的專任教師每都會(huì)固定留校六小時(shí)，並且擔(dān)任各班級(jí)的導(dǎo)師，提供本系學(xué)生生活與學(xué)業(yè)上的輔導(dǎo)。對(duì)於學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)更多縝密，學(xué)術(shù)上有專業(yè)的師資與導(dǎo)師，生活上有外籍生顧問室，未來的留學(xué)計(jì)畫上則有國(guó)際教育處等共同協(xié)助學(xué)生在生活與課業(yè)之需要。The most important resources of the Travel and Tourism Program are people: our students, our faculty and our staff. Each faculty mem

17、ber has his/her own research room on campus, weekly offers six office hours for students, and serves as a class advisor. All manner of support and resources are provided by the program staff, the International Student Advising Office and International Education and Exchange division. 為了讓學(xué)習(xí)更能與實(shí)務(wù)結(jié)合，本學(xué)

18、位學(xué)程之學(xué)生可以使用的空間設(shè)施與觀光學(xué)院相同，包括有旅遊與觀光相關(guān)之專業(yè)設(shè)施，如實(shí)習(xí)旅遊社、旅遊資訊中心；休憩相關(guān)設(shè)施包括有高爾夫球用具、漆彈、射箭、博奕道具、露營(yíng)設(shè)備、水療、體適能中心、休憩專業(yè)教室等等，另外還有實(shí)習(xí)旅館與國(guó)際學(xué)舍，可以讓外籍老師進(jìn)行短期或長(zhǎng)期的居住，2008年則有新落成的實(shí)習(xí)廚房，透過這些設(shè)施與設(shè)備讓同學(xué)有機(jī)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)際超作，並與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)建立產(chǎn)學(xué)合作與學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)之關(guān)係。Travel and Tourism Program students have access to many updated and well-designed facilities/equipments an

19、d spaces, offered by Ming Chuan University and shared with the School of Tourism. These include MCU travel agency and Tourism Information Center, mini-golf course, paint ball, archery, gaming, camping, spa center, fitness center, professional leisure classroom, MCU teaching hotel and International S

20、cholars Residence. Those facilities, and the collaboration between MCU and alumni, industry and related agencies, provide students opportunities for learning and practice.其次是資訊及圖書館資源，銘傳圖書館提供旅遊與觀光學(xué)位學(xué)程師生們中文圖書有11,106冊(cè)及西文圖書2,473冊(cè)；中文期刊共85種及外文期刊有33種；106種觀光相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的電子期刊；中文之多媒體資料有933種及外文多媒體有27種之多。此外，在觀光學(xué)院之圖書館中還
