13、egarded as final and binding upon both par ties, arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party , unless otherwise awarded11. 其他條款other terms conditions(1) 甲方不得向經(jīng)銷地區(qū)其他買主供應本協(xié)議所規(guī)定的商品。如有詢價，當轉(zhuǎn)達給乙方洽辦。若有買主希望從甲方直接訂購，中方可以供貨，但屮方須將有 關(guān)銷售確認書副本寄給乙方，并按所達成交易的發(fā)票金額給予乙方%的傭金。party a shall not supply the contracte
