2、點學科下國務院學位辦備案、遼寧工程技術(shù)大學自主增列的二級博士（碩士）點專業(yè)，專業(yè)代碼是081921。安全管理工程是根據(jù)管理科學的理論、技術(shù)和方法，在生活及生產(chǎn)領域調(diào)整人與物的關(guān)系，使之協(xié)調(diào)高效的運轉(zhuǎn)。在實施管理的過程中，保護人和物的安全與健康，使各種活動科學有序地進行。管理工程、系統(tǒng)工程、安全哲學、大安全觀、安全人機工程、安全設備工程是安全管理工程的重要基礎和相關(guān)學科。安全管理學是以安全人機工程學為理論基礎，以管理工程學提供的方法為手段，結(jié)合后工業(yè)化社會的安全特性發(fā)展起來的一門跨自然科學與社會科學的新興交叉學科。2000年獲安全技術(shù)及工程博士學位授予權(quán)，2005年經(jīng)國務院學位辦批準增列安全管理

3、工程博士點。目前安全管理工程學科有導師12名（博導6人），其中教授名8人，副教授5名。獲得省部級獎勵多項，主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家自然科學基金青年項目、國家“六五”-“十一五”科技攻關(guān)項目、教育部博士點基金、中國博士后科技基金項目、遼寧省自然科學基金項目、遼寧省教育廳項目及企業(yè)合作項目多項。遼寧工程技術(shù)大學安全管理工程學科是學校重點建設學科，其相關(guān)及支撐學科安全技術(shù)及工程學科是國家重點扶持學科、遼寧省重點學科，學科依托遼寧省煤礦安全工程重點實驗室、其本科支撐專業(yè)安全工程專業(yè)是教育部首批第二類特色專業(yè)，也是遼寧省示范專業(yè)。The specialty of “Safety Managem

4、ent Engineering”, put on records by the Office of Degree Committee of State Department, is created under the first-class subject of Authorization Spot for Doctors Degree of Mining Engineering and self-determined by Liaoning Technical University with second-class subject, whose code is 081921. Based

5、on the theory, technology and methods of management science, the specialty is employed to adjust the relationships of men and things in the life and production domains, and to make them run harmoniously and high efficient. The management is implemented to protect the safety and health of men and thi

6、ngs, and make all kinds of movement go along scenically and sequencely. The important subjects related with the specialty of Safety Management Engineering include Management Engineering, Systems Engineering, Safety Philosophy, Viewpoint of Great Safety, Safety Human Engineering, Safety Equipment Eng

7、ineering, etc. Based on the theory of Safety Human Engineering and the means of Management Engineering, combining the safety characteristics of post-industrial society, the Safety Management Engineering is developed a brand-new intersect subject bridging the natural and social science. The subject o

8、btained safety technology and engineering doctors degree awarding powers in 2000, and obtained safety management engineering doctoral program in 2005 approved by degree office of State Council. There are 12 tutors (6 doctors tutors) in the subject, in which 8 tutors are professors, and 4 tutors are

9、associated professors. The subject obtained many Provincial and ministerial level awards. The subject takes charge of many national natural science foundation projects, national torch-plan projects of “the sixth five-year plan” to “the eleventh five-year plan”, Doctorate Fund of the Ministry of Educ
