PURPOSE目的The purpose of this procedure is to provide a safe system of work by the implementation of emerg

LEVELS OF RESPONSE 反應(yīng)等級3.1 As emergency situations differ in severity, for the purpose of establishing the appropriate level of response required, incidents

TheContractors ' HSE Manager / Engineer shall th e

28、er.On receipt of a call indicating that a Level 3 Emergency has arisenthe following actions shall be taken.Project Manager shall immediately contact all Emergency Response Team Members advising them of the situation andinstructing them to proceed to the site of the emergency and if necessary to mobi

33、emergency response shall maintain a log of all information, （issued and received） and of all actions taken. For this purposeclear and legible notes on plain paper are acceptable. At the conclusion of the emergency, the notes must be collated and stored for possible future scrutiny by management or a

36、on Manager If this proves to be impractical due to the contractor delaying release of information, the Project Manager may release a statement acknowledging awareness of the emergency, the location of the emergency and stating the fact that Project Emergency Response Team has been mobilized and is w

EMERGENCIES緊急事件This section will outline procedures for addressing various emergency situations 這一部分將概述解決各種不同緊急情況的程序The Security Team is responsible for maintaining clear emergency routes and to assist in directing emergency equipment and personnel to an affected area of the site.

By using a

45、n air horn and signally the international distress （SOS） three short blasts, a pause, followed by three long blasts）.The person detecting the fire must alert personnel in the immediate area of the fire and those personnel can eitherattempt to use the portable fire extinguishers and hoses to fight th

46、e fire or immediately evacuate the area.Once the Project HSE personnel arrive on the scene theywill determine whether the local fire department or mutual agreement partners need to be summoned.Site personnel are not allowed to attempt to fight any fireusing equipment brought to the site by a local f
