The main components of the chemicalanalysis

43、nd usage of new sand to reduce L.O.I 1,0%檢查除塵系統(tǒng)、砂再生系統(tǒng)、樹脂使用量和新砂使用量將燒損量降低到1.0%。-Avoid sharp corners in casting design; super heated core / mould area produces a lot of gas在鑄件設(shè)計時避免鋒利邊角,砂芯和砂型的過熱產(chǎn)生大量的氣體。-Check the feeding system ( = shortage of feeding; under pressure inside the casting favors gas defect
