50、堂教學(xué)為重點(diǎn)，以促進(jìn)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)為根本，以提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量為目標(biāo)，全面實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育。 本學(xué)期教研組重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)對(duì)教師評(píng)課的指導(dǎo)，使教師的評(píng)課規(guī)范化，系統(tǒng)化，定期舉行主題教學(xué)沙龍和“會(huì)診式行動(dòng)研究”，促進(jìn)新教師的成長(zhǎng)，加快我鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師隊(duì)伍成長(zhǎng)速度和小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教育質(zhì)量的全面提高。結(jié)合區(qū)里的活動(dòng)安排，開展各項(xiàng)有意義的學(xué)生活動(dòng)，培養(yǎng)提高學(xué)生的語(yǔ)文素養(yǎng)，調(diào)動(dòng)啟發(fā)學(xué)生的內(nèi)在學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。 二、工作目標(biāo) 1、以課改為中心，組織教師學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)文課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)觀念，深入課堂教學(xué)研究，激發(fā)學(xué)生主動(dòng)探究意識(shí)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力，努力提高學(xué)生語(yǔ)文素養(yǎng)。 2、進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)語(yǔ)文教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，讓“語(yǔ)文研究小組”，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)科帶頭人、骨干教師的示范作用，重視團(tuán)隊(duì)合作
