1、 1 崗位名稱:倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理員Position: Warehouse Keeper2 匯報(bào)對(duì)象:倉(cāng)庫(kù)主管Report line: Warehouse Supervisor3 崗位目標(biāo):保證倉(cāng)庫(kù)儲(chǔ)存物品的安全及物品收、發(fā)、存等倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)Target: To ensure the safety of goods in warehouse and keep the normal operation of goods receiving, issuing and stocking.4 崗位職責(zé):Responsibilities:1 遵循公司倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理流程,負(fù)責(zé)物品的收、發(fā)、存等日常倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)和作業(yè),做好

2、分管物品的帳、卡、物一致,確保庫(kù)存準(zhǔn)確性;Following the companys warehouse management process, responsible the goods receiving, issuing and stocking, ensuring the account, mark and stock accurate.2 負(fù)責(zé)在系統(tǒng)中做好出入庫(kù)記錄,確保數(shù)據(jù)輸入系統(tǒng)及時(shí)和準(zhǔn)確,并提交相關(guān)報(bào)告;Responsible for keying in goods issuing/receiving/shipping data into Fourthshift correc

3、tly and timely, ensuring the equality of actual stock qty and system stock qty, and reporting timely.3 配合生產(chǎn)、銷售、采購(gòu)等部門的工作,協(xié)助其進(jìn)行材料使用的計(jì)劃、控制與核算;Cooperate with production, sales and purchasing departments, and help them to plan, control and account on raw material.4 按照公司的政策實(shí)行月度、季度、和年度盤點(diǎn),確保較高的庫(kù)存準(zhǔn)確率;To impl

4、ement companys policy to make stocktaking monthly, quarterly and yearly, and ensure inventory accurate.5 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)物料儲(chǔ)存環(huán)境、質(zhì)量、呆滯情況、不合格物料進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤,及時(shí)反映并積極處理;Responsible for ensure the goods in suitable storage condition, focusing on slow moving material, unqualified material. Report and dispose timely and activ

5、ely.6 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商寄售物資、其他部門寄存物品保管工作;Responsible for keeping the consignment goods of vendors and other departments.7 負(fù)責(zé)定期對(duì)出、入庫(kù)單據(jù)等資料進(jìn)行分類、匯總與整理;Responsible for collecting the bill of documents of issuing/receiving/shipping regularly. 8 按照5S的管理要求,做好所管轄區(qū)的管理工作;Arrange the working area in good order according to

6、 the 5S requirements.9 嚴(yán)格貫徹執(zhí)行相關(guān)政策法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程,負(fù)責(zé)倉(cāng)庫(kù)區(qū)域安全生產(chǎn)及消防工作;Seriously implement relative regulations and SOPs. To be responsible for safety and fire prevention of warehouse.10 負(fù)責(zé)叉車和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的維護(hù)和正常使用;Responsible for using and maintaining the forklift and other warehouse equipments in proper way.11 負(fù)責(zé)工作中降低水

7、、電、材料的消耗,節(jié)約資源和能源;Responsible for reducing consumption of energy, water, raw, processing materials and other resources.12 負(fù)責(zé)工作中實(shí)行有效的污染預(yù)防和措施,消除或減少污染;Responsible for eliminating or reducing pollution by implementing effective pollution prevention method.13 其他上級(jí)安排的工作。Other task allocated by superiors.5
