1、想象力英語(yǔ)范文. 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生想象力 , 讓英語(yǔ)課堂綻放魅力 作者:錢新苑 : 校園英語(yǔ)中旬xx年第07期【摘要】愛(ài)因斯坦曾說(shuō)過(guò):“想象力比知識(shí)更重要,因?yàn)橹R(shí)是有限的,而想象力概括世界上的一切,推動(dòng)著進(jìn)步,并且是知識(shí)進(jìn)化的源泉?!庇纱丝梢?jiàn),想象力于一個(gè)人而言是相當(dāng) 重要的。那么,如何在英語(yǔ)學(xué)科教學(xué)中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的想象力呢?在本文中,將以學(xué)生想象力的培養(yǎng)為重點(diǎn)分析和研究對(duì)象,并結(jié)合譯林版小學(xué)中年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)實(shí)例進(jìn)行論述,以讓英語(yǔ)課堂綻放不一樣的魅力。【關(guān)鍵詞】 小學(xué)英語(yǔ) 想象力培養(yǎng)綻放魅力 想象力是人在已有形象的基礎(chǔ)上, 在頭腦中創(chuàng)造出新形象的能力。 兒童的世界充滿著奇思幻想。再加上小學(xué)生天生喜歡想象,
2、想象不一樣的童話世界,想象人類未探索的空間等。 可以 說(shuō), 小學(xué)生在想象力方面有著驚人的能力。但是,想象力也不是天然形成的,因而需要英語(yǔ)教師去培養(yǎng)、去發(fā)展。一、 頭腦風(fēng)暴教學(xué), 激發(fā)學(xué)生想象力 頭腦風(fēng)暴意為調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生圍繞一個(gè)主題集思廣益,產(chǎn)生新觀點(diǎn)的過(guò)程。在長(zhǎng)期的課堂實(shí)踐教學(xué)中發(fā)現(xiàn),在導(dǎo)入或者復(fù)習(xí)時(shí), 利用頭腦風(fēng)暴極易將學(xué)生的思維激發(fā)。特別是在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生發(fā)散性思維、開(kāi)啟學(xué)生想象力方面具有重大價(jià)值。在詞匯復(fù)習(xí)時(shí),運(yùn)用頭腦風(fēng)暴法,可以有效避免 傳統(tǒng)單調(diào)記憶單詞讀音、拼寫的模式,讓課堂教學(xué)呈現(xiàn)另一番景象。例如,在學(xué)習(xí)譯林版小學(xué) 四年級(jí)英語(yǔ)I like dogs 這一單元時(shí),我運(yùn)用了頭腦風(fēng)暴進(jìn)行教學(xué),成功
3、將學(xué)生的想象力激發(fā)。本節(jié)課是以復(fù)習(xí)式導(dǎo)入課堂教學(xué),主要復(fù)習(xí)上一節(jié)課學(xué)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)詞匯,例如 panda , dog , tiger 等。但在復(fù)習(xí)時(shí),并不是簡(jiǎn)單的競(jìng)猜單詞,而是讓學(xué)生發(fā)揮想象力,加上一些修飾詞。為 了讓學(xué)生明白任務(wù)要求,我先舉例示范,如 a lovely dog 。學(xué)生明白后,開(kāi)始讓學(xué)生舉例。有 學(xué)生說(shuō) a big elephant; 有學(xué)生說(shuō) a small dog。說(shuō)到這里時(shí),我感覺(jué)學(xué)生的思維被定勢(shì)了,也沒(méi)有什么更好的詞語(yǔ)修飾這些動(dòng)物。 此時(shí), 我靈機(jī)一動(dòng), 再次舉例說(shuō)小兔子是不是很cute呢,如果 是就可以用 a cute rabbit 。師繼續(xù):那是誰(shuí)家的兔子呢?此時(shí), 學(xué)生
4、的想象力再次被激活, 一 連串地說(shuō)出 his monkey; mydog,甚至還有學(xué)生說(shuō)出 my lazy cat ??偸?,利用頭腦風(fēng)暴方式, 學(xué)生對(duì)于已經(jīng)學(xué)過(guò)的詞匯不斷拓展, 將自身的想象力激活, 并且取得很好的課堂教學(xué)效果。二、創(chuàng)設(shè)英語(yǔ)情境,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生想象力 在小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)中,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生想象力的另一種有效方法是以情境作為牽引。情境可以 是虛擬的,也可以是真實(shí)或者模擬的。但在創(chuàng)設(shè)英語(yǔ)情境時(shí),要多考慮情境是否能真正助力于 學(xué)生想象力的培養(yǎng)。例如,在學(xué)習(xí)譯林版小學(xué)三年級(jí)英語(yǔ)Colours 這一單元時(shí), 教師以虛擬情境, 重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的想象力。我大膽采用了“聽(tīng)顏色”的做法,讓學(xué)生在虛擬的情境中想象
5、力不 . 斷拓展。首先,利用多媒體的音頻功能,將自己提前在網(wǎng)上剪接的聲音播放給學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生聽(tīng)聲音,猜顏色。例如,有鞭炮聲, 有歡歌笑語(yǔ), 讓學(xué)生想象著過(guò)年時(shí)人們穿著的顏色、 門口燈 籠的顏色、對(duì)聯(lián)的顏色;有海浪擊打聲,讓學(xué)生想象著海的顏色,甚至還可以想象著云的顏色, 如藍(lán)天白云; 有冬雪融化的聲音, 鳥(niǎo)鳴聲,讓學(xué)生想象著萬(wàn)物復(fù)蘇, 大地的顏色等。 總 之, 在這個(gè)情境教學(xué)中,學(xué)生的想象力得到了很好的培養(yǎng), 學(xué)生 “聽(tīng)” 得趣味盎然; 學(xué)生 “想”得 “天花亂墜”。三、 設(shè)計(jì)有效作業(yè), 提高學(xué)生想象力 設(shè)計(jì)有效的作業(yè)也能助力于學(xué)生想象力的發(fā)展與提高。特別是在一些看圖說(shuō)話、小作文的 作業(yè)中, 或者
6、是半開(kāi)放的作業(yè)中, 學(xué)生的想象力會(huì)得到更大的培養(yǎng)與提高。例如,在學(xué)習(xí)譯林版小學(xué)四年級(jí)英語(yǔ)After school 這一單元時(shí),教師可以設(shè)計(jì)半開(kāi)放型的作文,以促進(jìn)學(xué)生想象 力的提高。本次半開(kāi)放的作文題以單元題目為題,即 after school , I . 學(xué)生可以根據(jù)這一內(nèi) 容,自己拓展、發(fā)揮??梢允钦n后趣事;也可以是學(xué)生想象中的課后活動(dòng),總之,內(nèi)容越新穎 越好。這一半開(kāi)放型的作業(yè)給學(xué)生留足了想象空間,學(xué)生可以寫實(shí),也可以寫虛,完全尊重學(xué) 生的意愿。又如,在學(xué)習(xí)譯林版小學(xué)四年級(jí)英語(yǔ)Drawing in the park這一單元時(shí),教師可以設(shè)計(jì)圖畫(huà)和相結(jié)合的作業(yè),提高學(xué)生的想象力。本次作業(yè)依然是
7、以單元主題為內(nèi)容,即 drawing in the park學(xué)生需要畫(huà)出自己理想中的公園, 并配上簡(jiǎn)短的公園圖畫(huà)說(shuō)明。 總之,英 語(yǔ)教師可以設(shè)計(jì)一些有效的作業(yè),給學(xué)生留下想象的空間,讓學(xué) 生的想象力得到提高。四、開(kāi)展英語(yǔ)活動(dòng),拓展學(xué)生想象力 學(xué)生的想象力需要拓展。那么,如何拓展學(xué)生的想象力呢?可以開(kāi)展一些英語(yǔ)活動(dòng),讓學(xué) 生的想象力得到有效拓展。例如,在學(xué)習(xí)譯林版小學(xué)三年級(jí)英語(yǔ)Happynewyear 這一單元時(shí), 教師可以設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)小小的動(dòng)手操作活動(dòng),拓展學(xué)生的想象力。新年到來(lái)時(shí),人們都有寄賀卡的 習(xí)慣。于是,教師可以利用這一習(xí)慣, 讓學(xué)生自己動(dòng)手制作賀卡, 并附上英文祝愿語(yǔ)在卡片 上。這一活動(dòng)
