6、卻水，出水溫度要控制在55以內(nèi)，由于電爐感應(yīng)線圈的冷卻水溫度略高，這樣反而能夠提高電爐的熱效率，同時(shí)減小冷卻裝置的體積，進(jìn)而減低造價(jià)。全封閉冷卻裝置的核心是噴淋蒸發(fā)式封閉冷卻塔。在冷卻塔內(nèi)部有許多散熱盤管，循環(huán)水在盤管內(nèi)部流動(dòng)，與空氣不接觸。冷卻塔的上部裝有噴水口和冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)。工作時(shí)噴淋水泵將水泵到上部的噴水口，將水呈霧狀噴淋到盤管外表面，冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)同時(shí)抽風(fēng)，使噴淋水汽化從而帶走盤管內(nèi)循環(huán)水的熱量。這種先進(jìn)型式的冷卻裝置具有很高的換熱效率。建議采用FSS-200封閉式循環(huán)冷卻塔，能大量節(jié)約生產(chǎn)場地占地面積。Water cooler: (optional)Builting pools in the
