24、員，共同討論落實安全 技術措施，進一步明確各專項人員的位置及職責，認真學習安裝程序和相應的注意事項。5.2 施工升降機的安裝5.2.1 底架、基礎節(jié)的安裝：先將底架穿好四只M24高強度螺栓，然后裝到基礎上面，擰上四只地腳螺栓的螺母（先不要完全緊固），然后裝上基礎節(jié) 和兩個標準節(jié)，并在標準節(jié)導軌架頂部劃出兩個垂直側(cè)面的中心線，掛 上線錘，在底架上四只基座與基礎之間及底架四只地腳螺栓孔位置與基 礎間加墊墊片，使兩垂線與兩個側(cè)面的中心線重合后，將地腳螺栓的螺 母緊固。5.2.2 安裝后護欄：要求后護欄中間兩立管之間距離的中點和標準節(jié)前后兩面No ae i I a ne hisorica sage o

38、位于同一平面。5.2.3 安裝吊籠，調(diào)整好吊籠上各導軌和標準節(jié)立管之間的間隙在0.40.6mm，同事調(diào)整好齒輪與齒條嚙合間隙在0.20.5mm。5.2.4 將對重塊吊入導軌架的對重滑道。5.2.5 接好電氣系統(tǒng)。5.2.6 標準節(jié)和附墻架的安裝 加高標準節(jié)，直到能安裝第一道附墻的高度，在安裝附墻處標準節(jié)方框的兩垂直側(cè)面劃出中線，在該點兩處往下掛兩根垂線，劃出標準節(jié)上最底下方框的兩個對應垂直側(cè)面的中線，根據(jù)垂線與所劃出的中線是否重合判斷是否垂直，要求垂直度三H/2000 （H為兩測點問的高度） ，此時即可安裝好附墻架。在安裝附墻前發(fā)現(xiàn)該處標準節(jié)垂直度到不到要求，則可采取起升吊籠高度

39、輔助調(diào)整標準節(jié)垂直度，待標準節(jié)的垂直度達到要求后，再將管卡與撐管緊固，然后緊固支架上的 U 型螺栓，最后安裝緊固斜撐。 繼續(xù)加高標準節(jié)，直到能安裝第二道附墻的高度，將垂線移到第二道附墻連接標準節(jié)處，同樣劃出該處方框兩個垂直側(cè)面的中心線，掛線錘兩個中點分別與第一道附墻對應點比較，仍要求垂直度三 H/2000,然后按上述方法找正（必要時調(diào)整）安裝好支架和第二道 附墻架。繼續(xù)加高標準節(jié)安裝好第三道附墻和支架。注意： 當導軌架由不同規(guī)格標準節(jié)組成時，從導軌架底部往上,必須先安裝加厚型的標準節(jié)；在標準節(jié)規(guī)格需要轉(zhuǎn)換時，須安裝過渡標準節(jié)進行過渡。 重復上述方法即可完成標準節(jié)和附
