展會(huì)會(huì)議室租賃合同

1、BICES2015展會(huì)期間(新國(guó)展)會(huì)議室租賃協(xié)議AgreementonMeetingRoomLeasingduringExhibitionBICES2015(NCIEC)出租方：TheLessor:租賃方：TheLessee:上述當(dāng)事人之間簽署如下內(nèi)容的會(huì)議室租賃合同(以下簡(jiǎn)稱為合同”)；合同中的NCIEC是中國(guó)國(guó)際展覽中心(新館)的英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)稱。Theabovementionedpartieshaveenteredintothemeetingroomleasingcontractasfollows(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Contract");

6、erexpenses2. 會(huì)議室的基本使用時(shí)間為：每日09:00-12:00,13:30-16:30。2. Thebasichoursofuseofthemeetingroom:09:00-12:00everyday,13:30-16:30.3.如果使用時(shí)間超過(guò)本條第1項(xiàng)中規(guī)定的基本使用時(shí)間，每小時(shí)需支付25%的會(huì)議室租賃費(fèi)作為額外時(shí)間使用費(fèi)。但超出時(shí)間為30分鐘以上1小時(shí)以下時(shí)，按1小時(shí)計(jì)；額外時(shí)間使用費(fèi)用(半日標(biāo)準(zhǔn))不超過(guò)半日租賃費(fèi)。3. IfthehoursofuseexceedthebasichoursofusespecifiedinItem1underthisarticle,apay

7、mentof25%ofthemeetingroomleasingexpenseshallbemadeastheusefeeforeveryhouroftheextratime.Theextratimebeyond30minutesandlessthan1hourshallbedeemedas1hour,andtheusefeefortheextratimeshallnotexceedstheleasingexpenseforhalfaday(criterionbasedonhalfaday).4. 所有支付款項(xiàng)匯至如下帳戶：4.Allpaymentsshallberemittedtothefo

Withinthevalidtermofthecontract,theLesseeshallstrictlycomplywiththeOperatingRulesestablish

9、edbytheLessor.2. 租賃方”違反本條第1項(xiàng)而給茁租方”造成損害時(shí)，由租賃方”承擔(dān)損害賠償責(zé)任；有關(guān)責(zé)任范圍的細(xì)節(jié)事項(xiàng)參照運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)定”。2.TheLesseeshallbeliableforanydamagestotheLessorasaresultoftheLessee'sbreachofItem1inthisarticle;SeetheOperatingRulesforthedetailsonthescopeofliabilities.第5條（會(huì)議室部分租賃面積的取消及違約金）Article5Cancellationofpartialareaofthemeetingroo

10、msanddefaultfine）1.簽定租賃合同之后，租賃方”取消部分（或者全部）會(huì)議室租賃面積（條件）時(shí)，要根據(jù)如下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)向弗租方”支付違約金。1. Aftersigningtheleasingcontract,iftheLessee（partiallyorwholly）cancelstheleasingarea（conditions）ofthemeetingroom,apaymentfordefaultfineaccordingtothefollowingcriterionshallbemadetotheLessor.取消時(shí)間Cancellationtime違約金Defaultfine租賃

11、期開始前1日至10日為止1to10daysbeforethestartoftheleasingterm租賃費(fèi)的50%50%oftheleasingexpense租賃期開始前10日以上Morethen10daysbeforethestartoftheleasingterm無(wú)None.租賃方”繳納相應(yīng)的違約金后，再與出租方簽定修正合同；并且根據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)定”修正與租賃費(fèi)、設(shè)備使用費(fèi)的開納等相關(guān)的合同事項(xiàng)。2. TheLesseeshallpaythecorrespondingdefaultfine,thensignarevisedcontractwiththeLessor,andallcontract

12、relatedmatterslikeleasingexpenseandequipmentusefeeshallberevisedaccordingtotheOperatingRules.第6條（解約）Article6（Terminationofcontract）1.發(fā)生如下事項(xiàng)時(shí)，出租方可以解除租賃合同。1. Incaseofanyoneofthefollowingcircumstances,theLessormayterminatetheleasingcontract. 租賃方”違反租賃合同或者運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)定”時(shí)TheLesseeisinviolationoftheleasingcontracto

13、rtheOperatingRules租賃方”未在規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)開納租賃費(fèi)等相關(guān)費(fèi)用時(shí)TheLesseefailstopaytheleasingexpenseandotherrelatedfeeswithintheprescribedtimelimit. 租賃方”單方面地提出解約意向或者無(wú)意履行合同時(shí) TheLesseeunilaterallyproposesterminationofthecontractorhasnointentiontoperformthecontract.2.根據(jù)本條第1項(xiàng)解除租賃合同時(shí)，租賃方”要向出租方支付解約金，但如果已經(jīng)繳納租賃費(fèi)，可以直接從租賃費(fèi)中扣除解約金；解約

14、金不超過(guò)已繳付租賃費(fèi)。2. 16、，出租方將向租賃方”收取100%的租賃費(fèi)作為解約金；租賃方不得向出租方要求退還剩余租賃期的租賃費(fèi)。3. IftheLesseeunilaterallyterminatesthecontractafterthestartoftheleasingtermforthemeetingroom,theLessorwillchargetheLesseeanamountequalto100%oftheleasingexpenseasterminationmoney,andtheLesseeshallnotrequiretheLessortorefundtheleasingexpensefortheremai

17、ningleaseterm.第7條(分歧的解決)Article7(Settlementofdiscrepancy/differences)如果對(duì)本合同的內(nèi)容有異議，首先要參照出租方制定的運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)定”，如果運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)定中沒有相應(yīng)解釋，雙方應(yīng)本著友好合作的態(tài)度進(jìn)行協(xié)商解決。Ifthereisanydiscrepancy/differenceinthecontentsofthiscontract,thesettlementshallbefirstlybasedontheOperatingRulesestablishedbytheLessor;ifthereisnocorrespondingexplanationintheOperatingRules,bothpartiesshouldbaseonafriendlyandcooperativeattitudetosettlethematterviaconsultation.
