Now let me introduce it indetail.The teaching goal of this period is to enable Ss to catch the main idea byfast re
2、ading. Then to find out the detailed information through carefulreading. The third is to express themselves with the language learned inclass.The goal of learning ability is to develop Ss basic skills: Listening,Speaking, Reading and Writing. Of course, the centre of this lesson is topractice readin
3、g, including predicting, skimming, scanning and digesting.Meanwhile I will encourage Ss to practice, participate and cooperate inthe classroom activities, and provide the students with the situationswhere they can acquire knowledge naturally.As for the teaching method, I will adopt communication met
4、hod,task-based method and cooperation study method. With the help of thecomputer, I believe the efficiency of our class will be greatly improved.The teaching steps are as follows:Step 1 is Warming-upIn this step, I will ask Ss to talk about something about Canada and do thequiz on their books to aro
5、use their interests in learning English.Step2. Pre-readingAsk Ss to think about the question“ What is the longest trip you have evertaken?” Then let the Ss to look at the map of Canada and discuss thequestion“ If you take a trip to Canada, what do you think you might seethere?” in pairs. And then lo
6、ok athet picture to predict the main idea ofthe passage.Step3 Fast-readingIn this step, I will ask Ss to read the text as quickly as possible to catchthe main idea of the passage and get a brief impression of Canada. Bydong so, I will train Ss skimming skills.Step 4 Careful-readingIn this step, I wi
7、ll let Ss read the passage carefully and answer thefollowing questions according to the passage. The purpose is to train Ssto get some important facts and some detailed information and improvethe ability of scanning skills.Step 5 Post-readingFor the Ss to understand the text better, I will get the s
8、tudents to analyzeseveral difficult sentences to smooth away the difficulties ofunderstanding the text. And then I will give Ss 5 minutes to retell thepassage.Step 6 DiscussionIn this step, the Ss will be asked to have a discussion in groups about thequestion,“ If someday you go to Canada, where wil
9、l you go? Why?”Then I will invite several groups to report their work to the whole class inpublic to overcome their shyness. Thank you.人教版高中英語必修3 Canada-The True North教學設計說課教案語言材料分析(一)學生分析教學對象為高中一年級普通班學生,他們是由極個別學優(yōu)生與絕大部分學困生組合而成的班級,智力發(fā)展趨于成熟,但英語學習與運用能力偏低。從學生們的學習動機、學習方法、學習心理等方面看,他
12、們需要提升自覺性、促進自主化、增強自信心。學生已經(jīng)完成高一英語必修一、二的學習,漸漸習慣高中英語課堂容量大的特點,也適應了我的教法。正在接受著由機械記憶轉向理解應用的各項技能訓練。(二)教材分析本節(jié)課是本單元的第二課時,為閱讀課型。閱讀部分是圍繞兩位女孩李黛予和劉倩的加拿大之旅展開的, 通過他們的途中見聞向我們展示了加拿大的一些基本概況, 包括它的地理位置、面積、 地貌、 主要城市、生態(tài)環(huán)境、風土人情以及該國的多元文化。一路上,她們看到了加拿大的自然美景和野生動物。中途停靠卡爾加里(Calgary ),桑德貝( Thunder Bay),五大湖( the Great Lakes),溫哥華( V

15、關知識及加拿大的背景知識;閱讀各項微技能訓練b. 教學難點利用閱讀所獲取的信息,圍繞主題用英語輸出自己的觀點(五)教學理論與方法?理論依據(jù)1 高中英語課程標準:強調用英語獲取和處理信息的能力目標;整體語言教學?理論依據(jù)2 圖式理論(Schematic Theory)?借助圖憶法促進閱讀微技能訓練?具體方法1 、任務型教學(以意義為中心,盡力調動各種語言和非語言資源,完成任務)2 、語篇教學法(Text approach)3 、開展自主性學習的小組活動,合作探究與獨立思考相結合4 、以模仿性學習為主,通過簡單模仿,讓學困生從中找出規(guī)律授之以魚,不如授之以漁。近年高考考綱更重視培養(yǎng)學生的自我發(fā)展能
16、力,這就要求教師在閱讀教學中不僅要教學生“學會 ”,而且還要教學生“會學 ”。要用各種方法教會學生“怎樣學 ”使,學生具備學習和運用英語的能力。在閱讀過程中根據(jù)不同的閱讀目的和要求, 采取不同的閱讀方式和策略,遵循由淺入深, 由表及里 ,由具體到概括的順序要求閱讀。采用多媒體教學,用一些有關的精美圖片、音像材料激起學生對即將閱讀的文章的興趣,減少陌生感。六) 教學過程教學環(huán)節(jié)/活動設計Step I Warming-up( 6)? Because the first part tell us some目的:結合圖片與標題猜測文章的相關信息是一種有效的閱讀方法,能起到事半功倍的效果。目的: 1 、設計相關問題明確幾個要素( who, what, how),以便于學生用S+V+O結構造句總結大意。2 、與 Warming-up部分的形式形成呼應,用學生剛才所提的問題反問學生,讓學生有一種熟悉語境的親切感。目的:這一步驟主要考察學生對關鍵詞獲取的能力;利用圖表形式將學生用英語獲取的零散信息直觀化,學生對本文的整體結構一目了然。目的:在英語高考中,閱讀所占比重很大,而閱讀題型中細節(jié)理解題又占最大比例。因
