9、大部分組成。3. 1入口部分：人口部分主要由感應(yīng)式IC卡讀寫(xiě)器、IC卡出卡機(jī)、對(duì)講分機(jī)、攝像機(jī)、車(chē)輛感應(yīng)器、車(chē)位檢測(cè)器、入口控制板、全自動(dòng)路閘、車(chē)輛檢測(cè)線圈和車(chē)位顯示屏等組成。3.2出口部分：出口部分主要由內(nèi)含感應(yīng)式IC卡讀寫(xiě)器、攝像機(jī)、對(duì)講分機(jī)、出口控制板、全自動(dòng)路閘、車(chē)輛檢測(cè)線圈和汽車(chē)影像對(duì)比系統(tǒng)組成。3. 3管理中心：管理中心由收費(fèi)管理電腦、監(jiān)視器、硬盤(pán)錄像機(jī)、報(bào)表打印機(jī)、停車(chē)場(chǎng)管理收費(fèi)機(jī)和系統(tǒng)軟件組成。4智能停車(chē)場(chǎng)的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成3.1 車(chē)位顯示系統(tǒng)整個(gè)智能停車(chē)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)全電腦管理系統(tǒng)，它需要實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)各車(chē)位情況，智能停車(chē)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)為此可在每個(gè)車(chē)位設(shè)置一個(gè)檢測(cè)器，通過(guò)信號(hào)處理器并入管理軟件子系統(tǒng)

10、，經(jīng)管理軟件分析后將當(dāng)前的最佳停車(chē)車(chē)位給司機(jī)顯示在車(chē)位顯示屏上，同時(shí)車(chē)位提示燈開(kāi)啟并閃亮，提示司機(jī)在此停車(chē)。如果車(chē)位檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)到車(chē)庫(kù)內(nèi)已無(wú)空缺車(chē)位，則車(chē)位顯示屏顯示車(chē)庫(kù)滿位”字樣，出票機(jī)也顯示車(chē)庫(kù)滿位”字樣，即不再允許車(chē)輛進(jìn)庫(kù)。3.2 防盜系統(tǒng)防盜系統(tǒng)是一套在各個(gè)車(chē)位加裝的高碼位遙控器，它與車(chē)位檢測(cè)器并行工作。當(dāng)司機(jī)入庫(kù)停好車(chē)后，操作遙控器便給車(chē)輛上碼；當(dāng)司機(jī)準(zhǔn)備出庫(kù)取車(chē)時(shí)，操作遙控器給車(chē)輛解碼。如無(wú)解碼取車(chē)，則報(bào)警系統(tǒng)工作并聯(lián)動(dòng)相關(guān)報(bào)警器或啟動(dòng)監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行錄像，防止車(chē)輛被盜。3.3 監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)由攝像機(jī)、控制器，監(jiān)視器、錄像機(jī)組成。主要是對(duì)停車(chē)庫(kù)進(jìn)行保安監(jiān)視，確保停車(chē)安全可靠。3.4 影

11、像對(duì)比系統(tǒng)影像對(duì)比系統(tǒng)由攝像機(jī)、抓拍控制器、圖像處理器等組成。當(dāng)車(chē)輛進(jìn)庫(kù)刷卡或取票時(shí)，抓拍控制器工作，啟動(dòng)攝像機(jī)攝錄一幅該車(chē)輛圖像并連同司機(jī)所持的卡或票的信息一并存人系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi)。當(dāng)車(chē)輛出庫(kù)驗(yàn)卡或驗(yàn)票時(shí)，抓拍控制器再次工作，并啟動(dòng)攝像機(jī)攝下車(chē)牌號(hào)的圖像，然后與系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi)的信息進(jìn)行比較。若信息吻合，則自動(dòng)路閘起欄放行車(chē)輛；否則，提示信息不予放行并自動(dòng)報(bào)警。4. 5出口系統(tǒng)當(dāng)車(chē)輛出庫(kù)時(shí)，車(chē)輛檢測(cè)器感應(yīng)出庫(kù)信號(hào)并通知主控計(jì)算機(jī)提示操作員準(zhǔn)備操作，同時(shí)出口攝像機(jī)攝錄一幅該車(chē)輛圖像并將識(shí)別信息與計(jì)算機(jī)中對(duì)應(yīng)卡號(hào)的所有相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行比較，相符則自動(dòng)計(jì)算出應(yīng)交費(fèi)，并通過(guò)收費(fèi)顯示牌顯示，提示司機(jī)交費(fèi)；如果不相

12、符則示警，提示收費(fèi)員根據(jù)汽車(chē)進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)所拍攝的圖像進(jìn)行人工比對(duì)。4. 6中心軟件管理系統(tǒng)中心軟件管理系統(tǒng)是整套停車(chē)場(chǎng)智能管理系統(tǒng)的核心部分，智能停車(chē)場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)它主要由功能較強(qiáng)的PC機(jī)和打印機(jī)等外圍設(shè)備組成。管理中心可作為一臺(tái)服務(wù)器通過(guò)總線與下屬設(shè)備聯(lián)接，交換營(yíng)運(yùn)數(shù)據(jù)，并對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)的數(shù)據(jù)作自動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)，檔案保存。系統(tǒng)具有密碼保護(hù)功能，阻止非授權(quán)者侵入管理程序，并具有很強(qiáng)的圖形顯示功能，能把停車(chē)庫(kù)平面圖、泊車(chē)位的實(shí)時(shí)占用、出入口開(kāi)閉狀態(tài)以及通道封鎖等情況在屏幕上顯示出來(lái)，便于停車(chē)場(chǎng)的管理與調(diào)度。它不僅要為建設(shè)單位提供一種靈活、有效的管理模式，而且要具備自維護(hù)功能和一定的擴(kuò)展功能，以適應(yīng)將來(lái)技術(shù)的發(fā)展需要。5智能停
