13、arks or trademarks of DuPont or its affiliates.Slide 115/5/2022公司叉車安全操作流程行駛（1）1. 行駛時，貨叉底端距地高度應(yīng)保持300-400mm,門架須后傾。 2. 行駛時不得貨叉升得太高。進出作業(yè)現(xiàn)場或行駛途中，要注意上空將有無障阻物刮碰。載物行駛時,貨叉不準(zhǔn)升得太高，影響叉車的穩(wěn)定性。 3. 卸貨后應(yīng)先降落貨叉至正常的行駛位置后再行駛。 4. 轉(zhuǎn)彎時，如附近有行人或車輛，應(yīng)先發(fā)出行駛信號。禁止高速急轉(zhuǎn)彎，高速急轉(zhuǎn)彎會導(dǎo)致車輛失去橫向穩(wěn)定而傾翻。 5. 行駛叉車在下坡時嚴禁熄火滑行，非特殊情況禁止載物行駛中急剎車。 Copyr

15、垛或裝車時，不得升高載荷。 8. 載物高度不得遮擋駕駛員視線。特殊情況物品影響前行視線時，倒車時要低速行駛 9. 禁止在坡道上轉(zhuǎn)彎，也不應(yīng)橫跨坡道行駛。 10.叉車廠區(qū)安全行駛速度5公里/小時，進入生產(chǎn)車間區(qū)域必須低速安全行駛。 11.叉車的起重升降或行駛時，禁止人員站在貨叉上把持物品和起平衡作用。 12. 發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時檢修和上報，絕不帶病作業(yè)和隱瞞不報。Copyright 2015 E. 16、of science are registered trademarks or trademarks of DuPont or its affiliates.Slide 135/5/2022公司叉車安全操作流程裝卸（1）1.叉載物品時，應(yīng)按需調(diào)整兩貨叉間距，使兩叉負荷均衡，不得偏斜，物品的一面應(yīng)貼靠擋物架。 2. 禁止單叉作業(yè)或用叉頂物、拉物。特殊情況拉物必須設(shè)立安全警示牌提醒周圍行人。 3. 在進行物品的裝卸過程中，必須用制動器制動叉車。 4. 車速應(yīng)緩慢平穩(wěn)，注意車輪不要碾壓物品墊木,以免碾壓物繃起傷人。 5. 用貨叉叉貨時，貨叉應(yīng)盡可能深地叉入載荷下面，還要注意貨叉尖不能碰到其它貨物或物
