1、浙江省中小學教師錄用考試小學英語學科考試說明 、考試性質(zhì)浙江省中小學教師錄用考試是為全省教育行政部門招聘教師而進行的選拔性考試, 其目的是為教育行政部門錄用教師提供智育方面的參考。各地根據(jù)考生的考試成績,結合面試情況,按已確定的招聘計劃,從教師應有的素質(zhì)、文化水平、教育技能等方面進行全面考核,擇優(yōu)錄取。因此,全省教師招聘考試應當具有較高的信度、效度、區(qū)分度和適當?shù)碾y度。II、 考試目標與要求浙江省教師招聘考試小學英語學科考試旨在選拔具有優(yōu)秀英語教師潛質(zhì)的考生入職小學英語教學。其具體目標制訂如下;1、考察考生對小學英語教學內(nèi)容的理解、領會、掌握和運用水平;2、考查考生對高等教育對應于小學英語學科
2、教學內(nèi)容掌握情況;3、考察考生小學英語課程與教學論知識水平,即對課程標準的理解能力,對小學英語教材的理解、分析、重構和運用能力,對教學設計和課堂教學相關理論的理解和掌握水平,以及把所學理論分析教學問題和把理論應用與教學實踐的能力。其具體要求如下;1小學英語教學內(nèi)容在規(guī)定的知識范圍內(nèi),比較全面測試考生的英語能力;2高等教育對應于小學英語教學內(nèi)容在高等師范院校英語專業(yè)基礎英語、英語寫作基礎、英語語法、英美概況、翻譯技巧、英美文學等課程的要求所規(guī)定的知識范圍內(nèi),比較全面測試考生的英語語言文學知識和能力;3課程與教學論內(nèi)容在基礎教育課程改革綱要所闡明的及“中小學英語課程與教學論”中共通的知識與能力范圍
3、內(nèi)。4上述三方面知識內(nèi)容共有六種能力要求,即識記、理解、分析、賞析、應用和創(chuàng)新,并表現(xiàn)為六個層級。A識記 指識別和記憶,是最基本的能力層級。B理解 指領會并能作簡單的解釋,是在識記基礎上高一級的能力層級。C分析 指分解剖析和歸納整理,是在識記和理解的基礎上進一步提高了的能力層級。D鑒賞 指對閱讀材料的鑒別、賞析和評說,是以識記、理解和分析綜合為基礎,在閱讀方面發(fā)展了的能力層級。E應用 指對各方面的知識和能力的運用,是以識記、理解和分析為基礎,主要表現(xiàn)為英語知識的應用(寫作)和教學技能的應用(教學設計)。F創(chuàng)新 指探討疑難問
4、題,具有獨到之見;摸索教學方法,能夠另辟蹊徑。這是對各種知識、技能加以融會貫通而形成的高級能力。對A、B、C、D、E、F六個能力層級都可有難易不同的考查。III、考試內(nèi)容和范圍 浙江省小學英語教師招聘考試是根據(jù)目前各小學對合格英語教師的一般要求,以及教育部關于高等師范院?;A英語、英語寫作基礎、英語語法、英美概況、翻譯技巧、英美文學等課程的內(nèi)容而定,并兼顧目前小學英語教學的實際??荚噧?nèi)容和范圍涵蓋三個方面;即小學英語教學內(nèi)容、高等教育對應于小學英語教學內(nèi)容及小學英語課程與教學論內(nèi)容。一、小學英語教學內(nèi)容(一)英語語言知識1小學英語句法知識 包括句子成分、句型結構、句子語態(tài)、(能力層級:F)。2
5、小學英語詞匯知識 包括詞性、詞根及不同條件下詞形的變化,也包括詞義的理解、識記和正確運用(能力層級:E)3英語語音知識 包括詞匯語音的字母組合、單音節(jié)和多音節(jié)詞發(fā)音的基本規(guī)律、句子語音語調(diào)。(能力層級:F)4短語和慣用法的識記、理解和正確使用(能力層級:C,E)5看圖說話與話題知識 熟悉話題的內(nèi)容,了解看圖說話與話題的基本結構和功能。包括熟悉兒童、個人、家庭、社會交往等方面的話題;以及了解有關英語國家日常生活習慣的話題。(能力層級:C,E)(二)英語語言技能6閱讀理解能力 能準確理解小學英語文本內(nèi)容和意義;把握語言結構和事實;能理解教材潛在知識結構和技能系統(tǒng);能理解教材的教學意義和學習價值。(
6、能力層級:BE)7寫作能力 能根據(jù)圖像寫話或?qū)懳?;能用英文書寫應用文;能用英文寫讀書報告、教學故事等。(能力層級:AE) 8翻譯能力 能把復雜難懂的英文句子或語篇翻譯成為通順的中文。(能力層級:C,E)二、高等教育對應于小學英語教學內(nèi)容(一)基礎英語課程1英語基礎知識 考生能掌握和熟悉與專業(yè)四級水平相當?shù)幕A詞匯、語法知識、語音知識和語篇知識。(能力層級:AD)2基本技能 考生具備綜合運用英語的技能技巧,具有較強的聽、說、讀、寫的能力以及初步譯的能力,能準確熟練地運用英語語言。(能力層級:AE)(二)英語寫作基礎1掌握英語寫作基礎理論。了解英語不同體裁、不同風格寫作的要求,能夠?qū)ξ恼聝?yōu)劣作出基
7、本判斷,識別作文中措辭、時態(tài)、語態(tài)、審題等不當之處。(能力層級:AE)2具備寫作構思的能力。運用構思方法,學會產(chǎn)生觀念和組織觀念。(能力層級:C,E)3文字組織的能力。寫作過程即轉(zhuǎn)譯過程,考生首先必須具備從思維轉(zhuǎn)換為內(nèi)部言語的能力,其次具備將內(nèi)部言語轉(zhuǎn)換為外部言語的能力,再次將從外部言語轉(zhuǎn)換為書面語言的能力。(能力層級:BE)4修改能力。 考生必須具備宏觀修改、微觀和校讀的能力。(能力層級:CE)(三)英語語法1構詞法知識 掌握基本構詞法、各種詞類的形式與用法、非限定動詞的形式與功能。(能力層級:CE)2句法與句式知識 掌握各種句式的構成及功能、并列與從屬、聯(lián)句成篇的銜接手段等內(nèi)容;考生能注意
8、形式與功能的聯(lián)系,并能在使用英語時根據(jù)表達的需要說出和寫出正確恰當?shù)恼Z句和連貫的語篇。(能力層級:CD) (四)英美概況1文化背景知識 比較全面地了解主要英語國家的歷史、地理、政治以及風土人等文化背景 知識。(能力層級:AC)2理解文化的相似性和差異性 理解英美文化與漢文化共性與個性,了解和認識語言文化內(nèi)在關系。(能力層級:BE) (五)翻譯技巧1英漢翻譯技巧 考生對英語語言有準確的理解,能用漢語流暢表達譯文的能力,使得其譯文基本上達到忠實和流暢的標準,考生初步具備翻譯這一跨文化交際的意識和能力,能就一般內(nèi)容的話題進行較準確流暢的英漢翻譯。(能力層級:BE)2漢英翻譯技巧 考生具有英漢翻譯知識
9、,一定的英漢翻譯思維能力,具有在英漢兩種語言之間較自由轉(zhuǎn)換和表達的能力,具備跨文化交際的意識和能力,能就一般內(nèi)容的話題進行較準確流暢的漢英翻譯。(能力層級:BE)(六)英美文學1英國文學 考生對英國文學形成與發(fā)展的全貌有基本的了解,掌握英國文學發(fā)展的基本脈絡,掌握各個時期主要作家以及主要文學流派的創(chuàng)作特色及創(chuàng)作主張。考生具有分析部分主要作品、綜合人文素質(zhì)及文藝鑒賞能力。(能力層級:BE)2美國文學 考生掌握美國文學發(fā)展的脈絡及各個時期的文學潮流;了解一些重點作家的小說和詩歌特點,考生具備初步的美國文學作品鑒賞的能力。(能力層級:BE)三 小學英語課程與教學論內(nèi)容(一)中學英語課程基礎知識 1理

11、理解與分析 具有對英語教材理解、分析和重構的能力。(能力層級:BD)2課堂教學設計 具備較強的中學英語課堂教學設計能力,能根據(jù)所提供的教學文本、教學任務進行書面設計,或者對有關教學案例進行評析。英語教學過程設計合理,它體現(xiàn)在課堂導入語、課堂結束語、板書、教學活動、教學提問、課堂偶發(fā)事件處理和課堂作業(yè)的設計之中。(能力層級:BF)3課堂教學 具備較強的英語課堂教學能力,能熟悉地運用多種教學方法駕馭英語課堂教學。如熟悉“任務型”教學方法。(能力層級:BF)4教學與技術整合 適當整合小學英語教學方法與教學媒體技術,盡力使課堂教學效率最大化,教學過程最優(yōu)化。(能力層級:BD)5教學重難點 確定課堂英語
