7、酸鹽處理”或“銘化”。無色化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化指鋁材表面轉(zhuǎn)化膜呈無色狀(即鋁本色)的化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化工藝。一噴砂光亮無色化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化指經(jīng)噴砂處理后再進(jìn)行化學(xué)拋光和無色化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化的表面處理工藝。陽極氧化在電流作用卜,位于陽極的工件表面在電解液中形成氧化膜的處理過程。 簡稱“陽極化”局部氧化指在一個(gè)鋁零件上,一部分表面是陽極氧化、另一部分表面是化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化 的表向處理工藝方法。全自動(dòng)(或半自動(dòng))氧化 生產(chǎn)線全自動(dòng)線:指零件的氧化處理過程均沒有手工介入,全部由設(shè)備自動(dòng)控 制完成的生產(chǎn)線。半自動(dòng)線:指零件的氧化處理過程中除吊裝設(shè)備由手工控制運(yùn)動(dòng)外、其 它過程參數(shù)全部由設(shè)備自動(dòng)控制完成的生產(chǎn)線。表面接觸電阻是指接觸件在進(jìn)行機(jī)械接觸時(shí)

8、如通過電流,則在接觸面處形成電壓降, 這個(gè)電壓降和通過的電流求出的電阻稱為表面接觸電阻。生產(chǎn)批指同一天在相同條件下處理的、材料和形狀相似的零件的總和。絲印即絲網(wǎng)印刷。一種印刷工藝方法。1工藝鑒定要求總則生產(chǎn)者的工藝設(shè)備、工藝流程、質(zhì)量保證措施應(yīng)在其主要的工藝文件中加以說明。生產(chǎn)者的工藝質(zhì)量必須滿足第1節(jié)的要求。對生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及原材料的要求生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)方必須具備半自動(dòng)、或全自動(dòng)氧化生產(chǎn)線,不允許用手工線生產(chǎn)。每個(gè)槽位都必須有溫度、時(shí)間的控制顯示器,并在有效校驗(yàn)周期內(nèi)。烘干設(shè)備能自動(dòng)控制溫度和時(shí)間。水質(zhì)要求所有工藝槽的配制用水必須用去離子水或蒸儲(chǔ)水;化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理前后的清洗用水必須用去離子水或蒸儲(chǔ)水;其它

9、清洗用水必須達(dá)到GB 5749飲用水要求;清洗槽中水流方式應(yīng)采用逆流,或者定時(shí)更換。(注:去離子水或蒸儲(chǔ)水的水質(zhì)要求達(dá)到PH=5.0-7.5 ,電導(dǎo)率不大于 10 vS/cm)化工原材料要求化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理前各工藝槽所用化工原材料必須不低于相應(yīng)工業(yè)級材料的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化及以后所用化工原材料必須不低于相應(yīng)化學(xué)純級材料的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)手段生產(chǎn)方必須具有以下檢測儀器:鹽霧試驗(yàn)箱、粗糙度檢測儀、表面接觸電阻測量儀器、以及常規(guī)化學(xué)分析儀器 并能進(jìn)行合格的試驗(yàn)操作。所有檢測儀器設(shè)備都必須具有有效的校驗(yàn)合格證。(注:鹽霧試驗(yàn)也可委托外部進(jìn)行,但其試驗(yàn)單位必須得到華為技術(shù)有限公司認(rèn)可并備案)工藝鑒

10、定程序被鑒定的工廠必須完成以下全部試驗(yàn)工作,這些試驗(yàn)必須在零件批生產(chǎn)所用的條件下完成:試片加工 (注D表面處理 (注2)試片檢查及測試提供試驗(yàn)報(bào)告(注3)及試片給華為技術(shù)有限公司以便復(fù)驗(yàn)。注:1.鑒定用試片可由華為技術(shù)有限公司完成并提供給被鑒定工廠。2、所有試片必須同時(shí)進(jìn)行處理。3、試驗(yàn)報(bào)告的發(fā)出者必須是華為技術(shù)有限公司認(rèn)可的試驗(yàn)室或機(jī)構(gòu)。試驗(yàn)及試片要求試片要求材料:尺寸:表面粗糙度:6063裸鋁板80 X 125 X 1 4 (mm) Ra 1 ?m表面處理:無色化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化;若需要局部氧化時(shí),應(yīng)在試片的同一面保持一半是陽極氧化膜、一半是化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜。試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目及試片數(shù)量下表給出了工藝鑒定所需的試驗(yàn)

11、項(xiàng)目和試片數(shù)量要求:表1.試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目與試片試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目試片數(shù)量(片)3外觀2耐蝕性66表面接觸電阻2膜層中的六價(jià)銘含量2注:其中一半試樣為提供華為技術(shù)有限公司進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn)用。試驗(yàn)方法及質(zhì)量指標(biāo)外觀所有試片應(yīng)進(jìn)行外觀檢查。轉(zhuǎn)化膜應(yīng)是無色透明膜,表現(xiàn)為鋁基底顏色;膜層必須連續(xù)、均勻、完整,無劃傷、污染和腐蝕現(xiàn)象。要求“光亮”化處理的外觀應(yīng)與YB015保持一致。局部氧化的表面:兩種膜層的分界整齊,無溶液滲漏現(xiàn)象,每種膜層外觀均符合其對應(yīng)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。耐蝕性按IEC 60068-2-11進(jìn)彳f 100小時(shí)的中性鹽霧試驗(yàn);試驗(yàn)后,在每一試片邊緣5mm以外的表面上直徑不大于0.8 mm的腐蝕點(diǎn)不能多于三個(gè)。表面接觸電

12、阻按下面所述方法在試片上的化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化區(qū)域測試接觸電阻。利用微歐計(jì),兩個(gè)電極與被測表面接觸,電極面積為 1cm2、電極壓強(qiáng)為1.4MPa (即壓力14kgf),在試樣 表面上任取兩點(diǎn)進(jìn)行測量,共測五次,其平均值應(yīng)不大于10m Qo無色轉(zhuǎn)化膜中的六價(jià)銘含量按ISO3613中的六價(jià)銘存在試驗(yàn)方法檢測轉(zhuǎn)化膜中是否存在六價(jià)銘。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)存在六價(jià)銘,則應(yīng)利用 ISO3613中的比色法定量檢測六價(jià)銘含量(檢測機(jī)構(gòu)必須得到華為技術(shù)有限公司認(rèn)可)。要求轉(zhuǎn)化膜中的六價(jià)銘含量不能高于900Ppm。鑒定狀態(tài)的保持生產(chǎn)者應(yīng)保持并遵守經(jīng)華為技術(shù)有限公司正式批準(zhǔn)的工藝和檢驗(yàn)文件。經(jīng)過華為技術(shù)有限公司鑒定的工藝,在未得到華為技術(shù)

13、有限公司的同意之前,不能改變?nèi)魏慰捎绊懶阅苜|(zhì)量的工藝參數(shù),否則將重新進(jìn)行鑒定.。2批生產(chǎn)過程中零件質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)要求外觀1)所有零件都應(yīng)進(jìn)行外觀檢查。2)處理后的零件應(yīng)呈現(xiàn)鋁基底顏色;轉(zhuǎn)化膜必須連續(xù)、均勻。完整。零件表面不允許有劃傷、污染、腐蝕痕跡或疏松粉末;但允許有輕微的夾具印。焊縫及焊點(diǎn)處不允許膜層發(fā)黑。盲孔周圍允許有輕微的(孔口半 徑方向外延不超過2mm )水印痕跡。噴砂表面外觀應(yīng)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣板YB010 一致;拉絲外觀應(yīng)與 YB019 一致。當(dāng)有爭議時(shí),按ISO4288 方法測試其粗糙度 Ra應(yīng)分別為:噴砂在1.4 2.0 師;拉絲在1.72.7 g。對局部氧化的零件: 陽極氧化膜可以向化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化

14、膜區(qū)域擴(kuò)展、 允許擴(kuò)展的深度最多 2mm ; 而化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜不能向陽極氧化膜區(qū)域擴(kuò)展;兩種膜層的分界線應(yīng)清晰、整齊,不能呈鋸齒狀;不能有溶液滲漏現(xiàn)象。耐蝕性1)耐蝕性檢查在與零件同時(shí)處理的試片(材料為6063裸鋁,尺寸為80 X 125 )或壓鑄、型材零件上進(jìn)行。生產(chǎn)零件為鋁板材時(shí)用測片,生產(chǎn)零件是型材或壓鑄件時(shí)用零件或零件上的截取部分。測驗(yàn)應(yīng)在化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理完成24H 以后、三天之內(nèi)進(jìn)行;每生產(chǎn)批至少檢查一件按 IEC 60068-2-11 進(jìn)行中性鹽霧測驗(yàn):除鋁壓鑄件進(jìn)行48 小時(shí)的測驗(yàn)外,其它鋁零件要求進(jìn)行100 小時(shí)的測驗(yàn);測驗(yàn)后,在測樣距邊緣 5mm 以外的表面上,每1dm 2表面上的腐

15、蝕點(diǎn)不能多于3個(gè)、直徑不大于 0.8 mm 。零件上的孔周邊作為邊緣對待。當(dāng)生產(chǎn)的零件尺寸太大(不能放入測驗(yàn)箱)時(shí),可以用該零件上的典型結(jié)構(gòu)部分作替代測樣。對于化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理后進(jìn)行了局部噴涂處理的零件,不要求檢測耐蝕性。對于化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化后只進(jìn)行絲印、不再進(jìn)行其它處理的零件,耐蝕性要求與上面第3)點(diǎn)一致。表面接觸電阻檢測在零件上的無色化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理區(qū)域進(jìn)行。2)每生產(chǎn)批零件至少檢查一件。按1.5.3節(jié)的描述進(jìn)行檢測,要求零件上任意兩點(diǎn)間的電阻不大于20 mQ若零件面積小于1cm 2,允許用常規(guī)萬用表的“聲音”檔進(jìn)行檢測,即將其測量電極平放、與零件表面接觸,施以輕壓(小于140g ),當(dāng)有蜂鳴聲(顯示導(dǎo)電

16、)時(shí)則認(rèn)為合格。六價(jià)鉻含量屬于華為指定的氧化加工商,由氧化者每年提供一次零件上的膜層環(huán)保檢測報(bào)告;檢測單位必須是華為認(rèn)可的機(jī)構(gòu)。其它氧化商按以下要求進(jìn)行測驗(yàn)測測:每周測驗(yàn)一次,有新調(diào)整化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理溶液后也必須測驗(yàn)一次。測驗(yàn)樣件必須從批生產(chǎn)零件中抽取至少一件。檢測在零件上的無色化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理區(qū)域進(jìn)行。按 ISO3613 中的六價(jià)鉻存在測驗(yàn)方法檢測鈍化膜中是否存在六價(jià)鉻。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)存在六價(jià)鉻,則應(yīng)利用 ISO3613 中的比色法定量檢測六價(jià)鉻含量(檢測機(jī)構(gòu)必須得到華為技術(shù)有限公司認(rèn)可)。要求轉(zhuǎn)化膜中的六價(jià)鉻含量不能高于900ppm 。TABLE OF CONTENTS TOC o 1-5 h z HY

46、5 mm margins of each test piece.Surface Contact ResistanceUse the following method to test the contact resistance of the chemical conversion area of the test piece.Put the two poles of a microhmmeter on any two points of the tested surface. The area of each pole is 1cm2, the pressure intensity is 1.

Test five times and the average value should be not larger than 10 mQ .Chromium (VI) Content in Colorless Conversion FilmsFollow ISO3613 to check for chromium (VI) in conversion films.If chromium (VI) is found, follow ISO3613 to check its content with the colorimetric

48、 method (the tester must be approved by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.).The chromium (VI) threshold in conversion films is 900 ppm.Keeping of Authentication StatusProducers shall maintain and follow the documents concerning process and inspection formally approved by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. 50、l observation.After treatment, parts should be in the color of the aluminum base material. Conversion films should be continuous, even and complete. There should be no scratches, pollutions, corrosion or loose powder on part surfaces. Unobvious catcher marks are permitted. Films should not turn blac

51、k in welding seams and welding spots. Unobvious water marks are permitted around blind holes within a 2 mm axial range.The appearance of sandblasted surfaces should be consistent with YB010 and belt grinded surfaces with YB019. In case of any disputes, follow GB 10610 to test the roughness: Ra is be

52、tween 1.42.0 g for sandblasting and between 1.7 師 and 2.7 師 for belt grinding.Locally anodized parts:Anodized films can extend at most 2 mm to chemical conversion film areas while reverse extensions are unavailable. 53、 ResistanceThis test is made on test pieces (80 mm x 125 mm 6063 bare aluminum sheets) treated along with parts, die casting parts or sectional parts. Use test pieces for parts made of aluminum sheets, and use parts or sections of parts for sectional parts and die casting parts.Make the test between

54、 24 and 72 hours after chemical conversion. Test at least one part batch.Follow GB/T 10125 to make 48-hour neutral salt spray tests on aluminum die casting parts or 100-hour tests on other aluminum parts.
