1、議程TIBCO公司引見BPM概念TIBCO業(yè)務(wù)流程管理案例分析任務(wù)流和業(yè)務(wù)流程管理的不同之處任務(wù)流(Workflow):- 僅用來傳送和路由電子表單和文檔, 突出集中于 人工參與的任務(wù)流處置 ,僅具有有限的直通式買賣(STP)的才干; 并不非常關(guān)懷于業(yè)務(wù)流程完好周期的管理:流程模擬,流程定義,流程執(zhí)行和流程分析,沒有內(nèi)置的流程管理概念;- 有限的可擴展性和可靠性,通常是為部門級運用設(shè)計的,僅有限的平臺支持; 缺乏運用整合的才干,或通常僅限于影像和文檔附件的集成,目的用于這些文件的路由和傳送; 通常每個運用專注于某些功能,這些功能不能在宿主運用之外運轉(zhuǎn),例如:Oracle運用,SAP和其他運用;

4、用特性,經(jīng)過預(yù)先定義的指令集定制運用的活動序列,既包括自動執(zhí)行的流程以軟件為根底和手工操作以人工為根底業(yè)務(wù)流程管理(BPM):-重在以獨立于任何單個運用的方式,進展業(yè)務(wù)流程的模擬、定義、執(zhí)行、分析和管理。業(yè)務(wù)流程管理BPM是任務(wù)流Workflow的超集;業(yè)務(wù)流程管理在協(xié)調(diào)跨多個運用系統(tǒng)的活動方面,經(jīng)過細密的控制功能和強勁的集成才干,遠勝于任務(wù)流Workflow為何進展業(yè)務(wù)流程管理傳統(tǒng)IT運用系統(tǒng)的缺乏:以數(shù)據(jù)為中心視角,而非以流程為中心視角的IT處理方案將大多IT系統(tǒng)退化為僅具有數(shù)據(jù)記錄保管和報表庫的功能;由于短少端到端的流程銜接,跟蹤流程執(zhí)行進度通常經(jīng)過形狀標(biāo)志來實現(xiàn),提供接近為零或很少的流
