1、龜 兔 賽 跑 另 一 章龜毛的烏龜校稿:有三棟房子的兔子排版:有孫子的母雞 Once upon a time a tortoise and a hare had an argument about who was faster. They decided to settle the argument with a race. They agreed on a route and started off the race.從前,有一隻烏龜和一隻兔子在相互爭辯誰跑得快。他們決定來一場比賽分高下,選定了路線,就此起跑。 The hare shot ahead and ran briskly for

Then seeing that he was far ahead of the tortoise, he thought hed sit under a tree for some time and relax before continuing the race.兔子帶頭衝出,奔馳了一陣子,眼看它已遙遙領(lǐng)先烏龜,心想,它可以在樹下坐一會兒,放鬆一下,然後再繼續(xù)比賽。 He sat under the tree and soon fell asleep. The tortoise plodding on overtook him and soon finished t

It continues.但最近有人告訴了我一個更有趣的版本。故事這麼連續(xù)下去。 The hare was disappointed at losing the race and he did some Defect Prevention (Root Cause Analysis). He realised that hed lost the race only because

5、 he had been overconfident, careless and lax. 兔子當(dāng)然因輸了比賽而倍感絕望,為此他做了些缺失預(yù)防任務(wù)根本緣由解析。它很清楚,失敗是因它太有自信心,大意,以及散漫。 If he had not taken things for granted, theres no way the tortoise could have beaten him. The tortoise did some thinking this time, and realised that theres no way he can beat the hare in a race the way it was currently formatted. 這故事還沒完沒了。這下輪到烏龜要好好檢討,它很清楚,照目前的比賽

9、方法,它不能夠擊敗兔子。 He thought for a while, and then challenged the hare to another race, but on a slightly different route.它想了一會兒,然後單挑兔子再來另一場比賽,但是是在另一條稍許不同的路線上。 The hare agreed. They started off. In keeping with his self-made commitment to be consistently fast, the hare took off and ran at top speed until

They both felt a greater sense of satisfaction than theyd

Its good to be individually brilliant and to have strong core competencies; but unless youre able to work in a team and harness each others core competencies, youll always perform below par because there will always be

In life, when faced with failure, sometimes it is appropriate to work harder and put in more effort. 在盡了全力之後,烏龜則選擇改變戰(zhàn)略。在人的終身中,當(dāng)失敗臨頭時,有時我們需更加努力。 Sometimes it is appropriate to change strategy and try something different.
