In brief, a freshly prepared XTT-PMSlabeling mixture (50 L) is added to the cell culture. The absorbance is measured at 450 nm with corre

9、ctionat 650 nm. The cell viability is expressed as OD (OD450 OD650). The apoptosis is determined by FACSanalysis of propidium iodide (PI)-stained cells. In brief, cells are trypsinized, washed with PBS andresuspended in 200 L PBS with 10 L RNAase (10 mg/mL) and incubated at 37C for 30 min. Afterincu
