10、(2課時(shí))告知學(xué)生本課程的總體安排、教材的處理,上課的方式、明確學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。兩個(gè)目標(biāo):通過(guò)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)及分組討論,案例表演和課堂演示,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在商務(wù)情景下的工作習(xí)慣和交流意識(shí);盡量通過(guò)BEC初級(jí)考試。兩個(gè)要求:為了提高學(xué)生的積極性并使他們了解在平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)中應(yīng)提高哪些能力,告訴學(xué)生現(xiàn)在用人單位對(duì)員工的要求,第一要有一定的專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì),二是情商要高,即懂得如何交流,如何為人處事。教學(xué)方式:在教學(xué)中,主要采取活動(dòng)教學(xué),通過(guò)各種各樣的活動(dòng),提高學(xué)生的自信心和交流能力。將學(xué)生分為六組,每組四人,一個(gè)組即為一個(gè)公司,每個(gè)組員都有一個(gè)職位,第一周確定每個(gè)組員的職位。第三、四周確定公司的名稱(chēng)、職能和業(yè)務(wù)范疇,并在
