1、安裝手冊請在使用或者安裝貝達系列太陽能光伏組件之前仔細閱讀本手冊。該光伏組件在光照 情況下會產(chǎn)生電流電壓。請遵守所有的電器安全防范措施。只有有資質(zhì)的人員才可以安裝 或者維修該組件產(chǎn)品。請不要損壞太陽能電池組件或者造成太陽能電池組件表面的刮傷。 潮濕的環(huán)境會有導電的危險,請不要在組件潮濕的時候?qū)M件做任何操作。安全預防措施1.1光伏組件沒有開關。只能通過將光伏組件挪離光照或者用布、硬紙板或者完全不透 光的材料遮擋,或者將組件正面放置在光滑、平坦的表面上才會使組件停止工作。1.2光伏產(chǎn)品在光照情況下會產(chǎn)生直流電,所以會有電擊或者燒傷的危險。即使在沒有 連接負載或者外電路的情況下,組件也會產(chǎn)生電流電

2、壓。在光照大于5%的情況下,組 件就會產(chǎn)生最大電壓,隨著光照強度的增大,產(chǎn)生的電流和功率也會不斷增加。所以在 陽光下對組件動作時,請使用絕緣工具,同時佩戴橡膠手套。最好,在操作過程中,把 電池板表面用不透光材料覆蓋。1.3組件產(chǎn)生的功率可能會高于銘牌上的額定標稱。工廠標準的額定輸出是在光強 1000watts/m2溫度25C,大氣質(zhì)量1.5的情況下測量的。雪和水的反射也會增加光 強,因此會造成電流和輸出功率的增大。另外,溫度低于25C時組件的電壓和功率也會 相應的增長。1.4貝達太陽能電池組件的表面為鋼化玻璃,但是操作時仍要小心,不合理的操作會造 成組件表面的鋼化玻璃破碎。如果正面的玻璃破碎或

3、者背面的聚合物燒壞,任何和組件 表面或者鋁合金邊框的接觸都可能造成電擊,尤其在組件潮濕的情況下。破損的組件必 須由專業(yè)人員妥善處理。1.5貝達太陽能電池組件的設計是僅適用于陸地的,所以不能在太空、海洋或者聚光環(huán) 境使用。除了上述環(huán)境,組件也不能被安裝在有可能接觸到任何鹽水或可能成為部分或 全部淹沒在淡水或海水的情況,建議把組件安裝在離海最少500m的地方。守則和條例光伏組件的機械安裝和電氣安裝應該參照相應的法規(guī),包括電氣法、建筑法和電力互 聯(lián)需求。這些條例隨著安裝地點的不同而不同,例如建筑屋頂安裝、汽車應用等。要求也 可能隨著安裝系統(tǒng)電壓,使用直流或者交流的不同而不同。具體條款請聯(lián)系當?shù)氐臋嗤?/p>

4、機 構。機械安裝3.1可以將組件按照從水平到垂直的任何一個角度安裝。3.2合適的安裝傾角和面向的方位角應該以組件產(chǎn)品得到最多的光照為標準。3.3應該通過組件背面的安裝孔將組件安裝在支架上。3.4請不要在組件的邊框上鉆附加的安裝孔,否則會影響組件的質(zhì)量跟壽命,且經(jīng)過另 外加工的組件將不在質(zhì)保范圍內(nèi)。3.5同時,請不要在組件邊緣設置支撐點。3.6同一個系統(tǒng)中組件的電性能需一致。3.7降水可能從組件背后的小口子進入。確保出水口在安裝之后不能被堵住。3.8保持良好的通風,這樣有利于組件電性能輸出最大化。電氣安裝4.1組件應安裝在可以得到最大光照的位置并確保不被遮擋,包括灰塵的沉積等。即使 部分遮擋也會

5、減少組件和系統(tǒng)的輸出功率。同時,組件部分的遮擋也會造成遮擋部分內(nèi) 部溫度的升高,這樣會造成低的輸出功率,也會縮短組件的壽命。所以在組件生產(chǎn)過程 中都使用了旁路二極管。應該在每個組件或一系列組件上串聯(lián)一個阻塞二極管,可以避 免當組件串聯(lián)或者與蓄電池串聯(lián)時產(chǎn)生的過電流逆流。4.2必要時,根據(jù)當?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)、選擇經(jīng)過認證、且滿足系統(tǒng)電壓和組件的最大額定保險的 保險絲或斷路器。4.3所有電氣器件的額定標稱應不小于系統(tǒng)的額定標稱。請不要使用超過銘牌上組件所 能承受的最大系統(tǒng)電壓。所有的組件邊框應該可靠接地。4.4正常情況下,組件產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生的電流和電壓值,可能會相對于標準測試條件下得到的 偏高。所以,在確定光伏發(fā)

6、電系統(tǒng)配件時,如:額定電壓、導線容量、保險絲容量和組 件功率輸出有關聯(lián)的參數(shù)時,應將相應的短路電流和開路電壓放大1.25倍以上。組件 的電性能參數(shù)如ISC, Voc和Pmax的標稱值與在標準測試條件下1000watts/m2的輻照 度,25C(77 F)的環(huán)境溫度,光照度參照ASTM E 892,測得的數(shù)據(jù),在實際的安裝使用 中根據(jù)光強度及溫度的變化有10%以上的偏差。4.5貝達太陽能的組件產(chǎn)品帶有相應的電纜線和連接器。這些設計便于組件間的串聯(lián)。 每一個組件有兩根單獨連接到接線盒內(nèi)的導線,一個正極,一個負極。通過把一個組件 導線另一端的正極接口插入相鄰組件的負極導線的插口,就可以把兩個組件串聯(lián)

7、。4.6需要一個單獨的返回電纜線,把組件的正極和負極終端與負載相連。提前聯(lián)入電纜 線的公母接口可能需要用來作為返回電纜線的接口或者源電路的終端接口。4.7所有的組件都安裝有一個旁路二極管。5操作和維護5.1不需要日常維護。但是建議周期性的檢查組件是否破損,如:玻璃,背板,鋁合金 邊框。檢查電器接口是否松動或者被腐蝕。5.2在沒有清洗的情況下,光伏組件也可以有效地工作,但是去除玻璃表面地灰塵可以 增大輸出。使用濕的海綿或者布擦拭玻璃表面。維護時,請佩戴橡膠手套。6運輸、儲存組件當取出,運輸,存儲組件的時候要小心。6.1運輸組件的時候要使組件垂直放置。6.2搬組件的時候要用雙手抓住邊框,不要直接用

8、手去拉接線盒上的電纜線。6.3禁止撕扯組件。6.4不要在組件上放置其它物品。6.5不要使組件遭受撞擊,不要站在組件上面。6.6不要使用尖銳的工具在組件上做標記。6.7保持所有的電接觸是干燥沒有污染的。6.8假如需要臨時存儲組件,需要一個干燥,通風良好的空間進行存儲。Installation ManualPlease read the installation manual before using or installing a Beida Solar photovoltaic module. This photovoltaic module produces electricity when

9、 exposed to sun light. Follow all applicable electrical safety precautions. Only qualified personnel should install or perform maintenance work on this module. Do not damage or scratch the rear surface of the module. Do not handle modules when they are wet, this condition may increase the risk of el

10、ectric shock.1. Safety PrecautionsPhotovoltaic modules have no on/off switch. Modules can be rendered inoperative only by removing them from sunlight, or by fully covering their front surface with cloth, cardboard, or other completely opaque material, or by working with modules face down on a smooth

11、, flat surface.Photovoltaic modules produce DC electricity when exposed to light and therefore can produce an electrical shock or burn. Modules produce voltage even when not connected to an electrical circuit or load. Modules produce nearly full voltage when exposed to as little as 5% of full sunlig

12、ht and both current and power increase with light intensity. Use insulated tools and rubber gloves when working with modules in sunlight. It would be best by covering their front surface fully with completely opaque materials when operating on the modules.Modules may produce higher output than the r

13、ated specifications. Industry standard ratings are made at conditions of 1000 watts/m 2 and 25 C cell temperature, AM 1.5. Reflection from snow or water can increase sunlight and therefore boost current and power. In addition, temperature below 25C can substantially increase voltage and power.Beida

14、Solar modules are constructed with tempered glass, but still must be handled with care, If the front glass is broken or if the polymer back-skin is torn, contact with any module surface or the frame can produce electrical shock, particularly when the module is wet. Broken or damaged modules must be

15、disposed of properly.Beida Solar modules are intended for use in terrestrial applications only, thus excluding aerospace or maritime conditions or use with sunlight concentration. Excluded applications include, but are not limited to, installations where modules are likely to come in contact with an

16、y salt water or where likely to become partially or wholly submerged in fresh or salt water, we suggested that the modules should installed at least 500m away from the sea.Codes and RegulationsThe mechanical and electrical installation of Module systems should be performed in accordance with all app

17、licable codes, including electrical codes, building codes, and electric utility interconnect requirements. Such requirements may vary for mounting location, such as building rooftop or motor vehicle applications.Requirements may also vary with system voltage, and for DC or AC application. Contact lo

18、cal authorities for governing regulations.Mechanical InstallationModules may be mounted at any angle from a vertical orientation to a horizontal one.The appropriate fixed tilt angle and azimuth orientation should be used in order to maximize the exposure to sunlight.Modules should be bolted to suppo

19、rt structures through mounting holes located in the frames back flanges only.Creation of additional holes for mounting is not recommended and will invalidate the warranty.Modules should not be mounted by supports at the ends.Modules in the same system should be in the same electrical properties.The

20、rain may enter the modules from the small hole in the back, to ensure that the outlet can not be blocked after installation.Maintain a good ventilation will make a maximize electrical performance output.Electrical InstallationModules should be mounted to maximize direct exposure to sunlight and to e

21、liminate or minimize shadowing. Even partial shadowing can substantially reduce module and system output. Furthermore, partial shadowing can elevate the shaded portions internal temperature, which may lower output and shorten module life. Bypass diodes are factory installed. Blocking diodes should b

22、e installed in series with each module or series string to prevent possible back flow of energy through the modules when modules or strings are connected in parallel or used in conjunction with a battery.Whenever necessary to comply with local codes, use a listed fuse or circuit breaker, rated for t

23、he maximum series fuse rating of the module and the system voltage.All electrical components should have ratings equal or greater to the system rating. Do not exceed the maximum allowable system voltage as listed on the module label. All module frames should be grounded for safety.Under normal condi

24、tions, a photovoltaic module may experience conditions that produce more current and/or voltage than reported at Standard Test Conditions. Accordingly, the values of short circuit current, and open circuit voltage, marked on modules should be multiplied by a factor of more than 1.25 when determining

25、 component voltage ratings, conductor capacities, fuse sizes, and size of controls connected to the module output. Rated electrical characteristics are more than10 percent of measured values at Standard Test Conditions of: 1000 W/m2,25 C cell temperature and solar spectral irradiance per ASTM E 892.

26、Beida Solar modules are equipped with factory-installed wires and quick connectors. These modules have been designed to be easily interconnected in series. Each module has two single-conductor wires, one positive and one negative, that are pre-wired inside the junction box. The connectors at the opp

27、osite end of these wires allow easy series connection of adjacent modules by firmly inserting the male connector of a module into the female connector of an adjacent module until the connector is fully seated.A separate return wire or wires may be required to run the positive and negative terminatio

28、ns of the series string of modules to the load. Male and/or female connectors pre-attached to wires may be used at the string terminations for return wire connections and/or for source circuit box terminations.All modules also have a bypass diode installed.Operation and MaintenanceNo routine maintenance is required. However it is advisable to perform periodic inspect
