40、設(shè)計(jì)研究有限責(zé)任公司等單位的代表(名單附后L會(huì)議聽(tīng)取了試驗(yàn)單位申水北方勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)研究有限責(zé)任公司的工作匯報(bào),與會(huì)專(zhuān)家和代表對(duì)南水北調(diào)工程洪澤泵站水泵泵段模型試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和試驗(yàn)報(bào)告進(jìn)行了審查,經(jīng)認(rèn)真討論,形成紀(jì)要如下:1試驗(yàn)在“南水北調(diào)工程水力模型通用試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行,該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)通過(guò)了水利部組織的鑒定亠試驗(yàn)方法符合水利部行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)水泵模型及裝置模型驗(yàn)收規(guī)程(SL140-2006)的規(guī)定,試驗(yàn)使用的測(cè)試設(shè)備在檢定有效期內(nèi),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可信。2.根據(jù)合同要求,賣(mài)方須先進(jìn)行兩個(gè)及以上泵段模型試驗(yàn),優(yōu)選水力模型試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括能量.空化、飛逸等.試驗(yàn)單位提供驗(yàn)收的資料齊全、完整,滿(mǎn)足驗(yàn)收要求峙二本次共進(jìn)行了三個(gè)模型方案的試驗(yàn)

43、裝置模型試驗(yàn)成果的匯報(bào),察看了裝置模型試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),并對(duì)葉片安放角-4。下能量特性和汽蝕特性進(jìn)行了目擊試驗(yàn),經(jīng)討論,現(xiàn)形成紀(jì)要如下:一、根據(jù)泵段模型試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收紀(jì)要,本次對(duì)U20U-HL-02模型水泵進(jìn)行裝置模型試驗(yàn),相關(guān)試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合招標(biāo)文件要求,完成了合同規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容。二、經(jīng)查驗(yàn)各測(cè)試儀器儀表率定證書(shū)原件,均在有效期內(nèi),試驗(yàn)臺(tái)效率測(cè)試綜合不確定度滿(mǎn)足合同規(guī)定不大于士0.4%的要求各測(cè)試儀器測(cè)試位置符合有關(guān)規(guī)范要求匚三、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試了葉片安放角顯。的能量.汽蝕性能,觀察了模型泵的汽蝕、振動(dòng),復(fù)核測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)與提交的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)基本吻合。四、在模型裝置轉(zhuǎn)速1312.5r/min時(shí),最優(yōu)工況點(diǎn)葉片安放角4。、流量3
