1、外貿(mào)英文函電English Correspondence for International Trade第一部分課程簡(jiǎn)介外貿(mào)英文函電CONTENTS課程地位 課程性質(zhì)課程編排課程簡(jiǎn)介一 課程地位閱讀、撰寫(xiě)英文函電是外貿(mào)從業(yè)者幾乎每天的例行工作之一,是必備的能力。發(fā)出的函電代表了公司的形象,是雙方交易過(guò)程的“記錄(證據(jù))”。沒(méi)有函電的撰寫(xiě),就沒(méi)有外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)的完成。正因?yàn)橥赓Q(mào)英文函電在外貿(mào)工作中的重要地位,外貿(mào)英文函電課程已成為當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)大專院校商務(wù)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)或近似專業(yè)學(xué)生的必修核心課。本門(mén)課程努力實(shí)現(xiàn)與外貿(mào)實(shí)際“無(wú)縫”,至少是緊密對(duì)接,為學(xué)生今后外貿(mào)職業(yè)生涯打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。課程簡(jiǎn)介二 課程性質(zhì)本課程屬于

2、特殊用途英語(yǔ)課程(ESP)撰寫(xiě)外貿(mào)英文函電,需要基本的外貿(mào)知識(shí),需要對(duì)外貿(mào)流程的完整把握,需要專業(yè)詞匯、句型、語(yǔ)法、寫(xiě)作知識(shí)等英文基本功,還需要對(duì)外貿(mào)函電內(nèi)在特征(寫(xiě)作規(guī)律)的深刻理解。本教材以英文函電撰寫(xiě)為重點(diǎn),以模擬外貿(mào)場(chǎng)景為背景,明確英文函電與外貿(mào)任務(wù)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,突出課程ESP特征。課程簡(jiǎn)介三 課程編排依托“建構(gòu)主義理論”,體現(xiàn)“教、學(xué)、做”一體化理念教材依托“建構(gòu)主義理論”,在教師引導(dǎo)下,以學(xué)生為主體,通過(guò)學(xué)生主動(dòng)探索,一步步完成寫(xiě)作建構(gòu)。整個(gè)過(guò)程,力求使學(xué)生能夠掌握解決問(wèn)題的方法和步驟,從中找出規(guī)律,形成自己的觀點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中的主體地位,使學(xué)生成為學(xué)習(xí)的主角,老師起引導(dǎo)作用

6、/012信函編號(hào)不是商務(wù)信函必有的部分。外貿(mào)英文函電寫(xiě)作基礎(chǔ)日期The Date 日期的表達(dá)方式寫(xiě)信日期是每一封商務(wù)信函都必須要有的組成部分,它位于發(fā)信人名址下方,空兩行。不同文化對(duì)于英文日期有不同的表達(dá)方式。大部分歐洲國(guó)家按照日、月、年的順序排列日期,中間不使用任何標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào),比如:1 March 2020而在美加等國(guó)則按照月、日、年的順序排列,“日”和“年”之間需要用逗號(hào)隔開(kāi),以免兩組數(shù)字連用,比如:March 1, 2019。英文日期使用注意事項(xiàng) 月份要寫(xiě)全,比如:“March”不要寫(xiě)成“Mar.”。 表達(dá)年份的數(shù)字要寫(xiě)全,比如:“2020”不要寫(xiě)成“20”。 使用基數(shù)詞書(shū)寫(xiě)日子,簡(jiǎn)單明了
