Turn the objective lenses to make t

4、he low-multiple objective lens enter the path, and we could heard the sound of “ ka” at the same time. Open the diaphragm, up the condenser, open two eyes (adjust the distance between the two oculars), and use the illuminative control to make the light proper.Place a slide in position on the stage a

5、nd use the pinchcock to fix it. Pay attention to keep the side of the specimen up. Adjust the helix of the thruster to make the specimen go into the center of light path.(1) The Usage of The Low-Multiple Objective LensFocus it. Turn the coarse focusing knob to make the stage up to the highest, then

6、turn the coarse focusing knob slowly to make the stage down. When the image is in vision, turn the fine focusing knob to make it in focus. Scan the slide with the thruster. Repeat above manipulations if the distance between the lens and the specimen is more than 6.5mm.Before use the high- multiple o

7、bjective lens, you must find the distinct image under low-multiple, move the target to the midpoint of the vision, and make it in focus.Turn the high- multiple objective lens enter the light path carefully, looking at the lens in order not to damage the specimen, then watch the specimen from the ocu
