The forth principle that the free exchange of opinions must not be restricted. The US Constitution protects freedom of speech and freedom of the press so that common peo

The law requires the government and government officials to reflect upon and respond to the views of American people.2.The role of the US government in economic life has experienced great changes. Before the 1890, the US government followed the basic principle of f

27、ree capitalism. The government refused to regulate the production and distribution of goods and the invisible hand was regarded as the best economic regulator.
