14、egin, start的主語(yǔ)是物時(shí)；begin, start本身用于進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)時(shí)；begin, start后接的是表示人的心理狀況或精神活動(dòng)的動(dòng)詞時(shí)，如 feel, realise, understand, wonder, know等。It began to rain. 天開始下雨了。I was beginning to think youd never come.我開始以為你不會(huì)來了。Gradually, the children began to understand. 孩子們漸漸開始明白?！菊`區(qū)警示】介詞后一般要接動(dòng)名詞形式作賓語(yǔ)，但介詞but，except后接不定式作賓語(yǔ)，若前面有實(shí)義動(dòng)
