17、 of the gear box should cover the height of 45 full gears. While the motor oil level should cover the height of 2/3 oil window.查看泵的電機(jī)端的油封潤(rùn)滑油位： 用以潤(rùn)滑油封的油杯處不應(yīng)斷油，油位不應(yīng)低于 1/3 油杯高度；Check the lubricating oil level of motor oil seal. Do not cut off the oil at the oil cupt is used to lubricate the oil seal. T

A/0售）1.3檢查、更換潤(rùn)滑油 Check and change the lubricating oil每月Monthly檢查真空泵的軸承箱潤(rùn)滑油的油位及油質(zhì)情況，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)油質(zhì)明顯變色、變稀、 等情況，應(yīng)立即換油；Check lubricating oil leave and quality in bearing box of the vacuum pump. Change the oil at once when the conditions li

19、ke obvious discoloration, dilution and emulsification occur.按 泵說(shuō)明要求，初次運(yùn)行泵潤(rùn)滑油更換時(shí)間是 500h；后面運(yùn)行的泵潤(rùn)滑油更換時(shí)間為 2000h，考慮現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是不停長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的惡劣工況，更換泵油的時(shí)間應(yīng)視實(shí)際油的情況提前；According to the manual of roots pump, the cycle period to change lubricating oil at therunning of the pump is 500h. Then 2000h thereafter. Considering the l

20、ong term poor working condition at site, the cycle period to change pump oil should depend on the actual condition of the oil.換油時(shí)，查看油位，齒輪箱側(cè)油位應(yīng)以浸沒 45個(gè)全齒高度為宜；電機(jī)側(cè)油位應(yīng)以浸沒 2/3 油窗高度為宜；用以潤(rùn)滑油封的油杯處不應(yīng)斷油，油位不應(yīng)低于 1/3 油杯高度；Check the oil leave when fueling up. The oil leave of the gear box should cover the height o
