7、ionorganizationshallbecarriedoutcarefully.Thekeypointsanddifficultpointsinundergroundpipelineconstructionshallbeknownclearlybyallthestaffworkedinthisproject.埋地管道的坐標(biāo)、坡度是管網(wǎng)施工中最易出問題的地方，要求對(duì)每一條管線應(yīng)畫出它的走向圖、標(biāo)示書、標(biāo)高、坐標(biāo)、管徑、高程及各個(gè)拐點(diǎn)、起伏點(diǎn)，尤其是相距交叉的管道應(yīng)在交叉部位標(biāo)注出高程和管徑，在施工中應(yīng)反復(fù)測(cè)量核實(shí)避免出現(xiàn)管線交叉相撞的情況。Thecoordinateandtheslopeco

13、ithhorizontalorleadmeasuring溝槽開挖與回填Trenchexcavationandbackfilling開槽準(zhǔn)備：開槽前應(yīng)仔細(xì)測(cè)量放線，明確開挖的寬度、坡度和深度；在建設(shè)單位的組織下了解管線走向及地下障礙物的情況并做出標(biāo)示，對(duì)于不能完全確定的地下障礙物應(yīng)找斟探部門仔細(xì)的核實(shí)。Preparation:demarcationshallbemarkedcarefullypriortoexcavation.Thewidth,slopeanddepthofthetrenchshallbeknownclearly.Thedirectionofthepipelineshallbek

14、nownandtheobstaclesundergroundshallbemarkedclearly.Theunclearobstaclesundergroundshallbecheckedcarefullybyinvestigationdepartment.5.2.2開槽的原則：以機(jī)械開挖，人工清槽為主，機(jī)械開挖到管底設(shè)計(jì)深度以上100mm,然后人工清到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高，禁止擾動(dòng)原土層。在槽底需再挖出100X200mm槽，槽內(nèi)充軟沙壓實(shí)。Principle:mechanicalandmanualexcavationisthemainmethod.Thedepthoftheexcavationshal

19、填前要求:各種隱蔽工程檢查合格，包括管道坐標(biāo)、標(biāo)高、防腐焊接、水壓試驗(yàn)合格并經(jīng)工程監(jiān)理確認(rèn)，施工記錄齊全；Beforetrenchbackfillingalltheconcealeditemsincludingpipelinecoordinate,elevation,weldinganti-corrosiveHydrotestshouldbegotapprovedandcheckedbythethirdpart.Alltheconstructionrecordscompleted.溝槽回填前清除槽內(nèi)的雜物（木塊、石塊、土塊等），保證溝槽內(nèi)不得有積水，槽底100mm軟沙，管頂150mm軟沙?；靥?/p>

20、土從管道兩側(cè)均勻?qū)ΨQ倒入輕壓夯實(shí)。Rubbishinthetrenchshallbecleanedpriortobackfillingtoassurethereisnotrappedwaterinthetrench.Thelayerfrombelowpipebottom100mmtoabovepipetop150mmmustusefinesand.管道兩側(cè)回填土的壓實(shí)度應(yīng)滿足：對(duì)鋼管道，其壓實(shí)度不小于95%；溝槽位于路基范圍以內(nèi)，其管頂以上250mm范圍內(nèi)回填土表層的壓實(shí)度不小于87%,其它部位回填土的壓實(shí)度符合規(guī)范規(guī)定。溝槽位于路基以外，其管頂以上高為500mm應(yīng)松填，其壓實(shí)度不大于85%，

21、其余部位不小于90%。Densityoftheearthatthetwosidesofthepipelineshallbeinconformitywiththefollowingrequirements:forthesteelpipeline,densityshallnotlessthan95%.Forthetrenchwhichlocatedintheroadbed,thedensityofthesurfaceearthatthe250mmabovethepipeshallnotlessthan87%.Forotherparts,thedensityshallbeinconformitywi

22、ththerequirementsinthespecification.Forthetrenchwhichlocatedoutoftheroadbed,thedensityatthe500mmabovethepipeshallbelooselybackfilled.Thedensityshallnotmorethan85%.Forotherparts,thedensityshallnotlessthan90%.管道試壓及試水合格、接口防腐完畢、檢查驗(yàn)收合格后，可進(jìn)行回填。Backfillingshallbedoneonlyafterpipelinepressuretestandwatertes

24、、無雜物，所有管道材料及預(yù)制完成管道端口必須封口。Theinsideofpipeshallbeclean.Thepipeshallbesealedafterwelding.分段組對(duì)，加大地上預(yù)制深度。管口組對(duì)焊接時(shí)，搭設(shè)可移動(dòng)的防雨棚，保證焊接質(zhì)量。已加工坡口的管端或未施工完的接口用塑料膜和膠帶包敷好。Inordertomarktheinstallationmoresmoothly,theweldingworkofpipingshallbedoneoutofthetrenchasmanyaspossible.Forthegrooveandunfinishedweldjunction,Plast

25、icpaperandtapewillbeusedtoprotectit.管道安裝前檢查防腐層有無破損情況，否則及時(shí)修補(bǔ)。防腐好管道在運(yùn)輸、裝卸、吊裝過程中應(yīng)做好軟性隔離（如墊沙袋、使用軟吊裝帶等）；管道氧乙炔焰切口、砂輪機(jī)打磨以及管道焊接時(shí)，也要做好有效隔離（如使用園環(huán)形隔板），防止氧乙炔焰和飛濺破壞防腐層。Priortoinstallation,Wrappinglayerofthepipeshallbecheckedfirstlytoassurethereisnodamageonit.Properprotectionforpipeshallbetakenduringtheloading.Wh

26、erethegascuttingorgrindingisexecuted,theprotectionplateshallbeusedtoprotectthewrappinglayerisfreeofanydamage.管道下溝前再次測(cè)量確認(rèn)溝底的標(biāo)高，管基質(zhì)量，并標(biāo)出管道安裝中軸線。Priortolayingthepipeintotrench,thelevel,slope,andmaterialatthebottomofthetrenchshallbecheckedagain.Axlelineshallbemarkedclearly.管道下溝采用專用軟吊裝帶。管道下管時(shí)要平穩(wěn)，不得觸碰溝壁或溝

27、槽支撐板等擋土設(shè)施。管溝底部間隔2-3m放置沙袋，管道下溝后平放于沙袋上，以便于管道調(diào)直對(duì)口（具體見附圖3）。Specialliftingbeltshallbeusedinlayingthepipeintothetrench.Layingthepipeshallbesteady.Avoidhittingtrenchedgeorshoringsheet.Every2-3meteronthebottomoftrenchwilllaythesandbagtogivetheprotectiontothepiping.Andbythisway,itisalsoveryeasytoadjustthepip

28、ingposition.管道組對(duì)時(shí)可用龍門吊和卡具配合組對(duì)，管道定位時(shí)每根管子必須按中心線找直對(duì)中，管底與管溝基底貼合緊密。Frameandpipeclampshallbeusedforassemblingandjunctionofthepipe.Placingofthepipeshallbeinaccordancewiththecenterlineandthepipeshallbeplacedcloselywiththetrenchbed.管道上安裝的法蘭面與管中心線垂直，接口的兩片法蘭面相互平行，螺栓應(yīng)自由的穿過兩片法蘭的螺栓孔，螺栓安裝方向一致，螺母應(yīng)對(duì)稱緊固，緊固好的螺栓應(yīng)露出螺母之外

29、23扣。Theflangeshallbeinverticalwiththepipecenter.Thetwoflangesurfaceshallbehorizontal.Theboltsshallbeinthesamedirection.Andthenutshallbefixedclosely.管道安裝后，要及時(shí)將管口用塑料管帽或軟木塞及厚塑料薄膜包扎封閉，以防止雨水和雜物進(jìn)入管內(nèi)。Afterpipinginstallation,thecorkorplasticcupwillbepluggedintobothsidestopreventtherainwaterofsundriesintothe

30、pipe.管道試壓和回填要盡量安排在停雨期間進(jìn)行，并且排盡溝內(nèi)積水。管道清理后，要盡快組織試壓和回填。如來不及試壓，可將焊口兩側(cè)各1米位置留出，其余位置全部回填，防止管道漂浮。Aftercleantheinsideoftrench,thepipelinepressuretestandtrenchbackfillwillbeperformedassoonaspossible.Ifaftertrenchcleaning,thetestcantbeperformtimely,trenchbackingwillbedonefirst.And1meteronbothsideofweldingjointw

31、illbeleftwithoutbackfill.過馬路埋地管施工：所有從馬路或水溝下面穿過的埋地消防管，應(yīng)盡量在馬路施工前完成。如馬路先施工，有埋地管穿過的地方應(yīng)協(xié)調(diào)預(yù)留，預(yù)留寬度以管道中心兩側(cè)各500mm，待埋地管道回填后再施工。Pipeacrosstheroad:allthefirefightingwaterpipingwhichwillacrosstheroaddrainwillbedonebeforeroadanddrainconstruction.Iftheroadconstructionstart,shallwaitforpipingfirstthepipecrossingpor

32、tion.管道焊接管道焊接采用手工焊（氬弧焊打底，電弧焊填充蓋面），采用“V”型坡口，其尺寸見下表，管道對(duì)口時(shí)應(yīng)使內(nèi)壁齊平，錯(cuò)口偏差為0.21,且不得大于1.5mm；Manualweldingshallbeusedforpipewelding（RootGTAW,capSMAW）.Thejointsofthepipeshallbeevenness.Thetoleranceis0.2tbutnotmorethan2mm.GrooveshallbeinthetypeofV.thesizeisasfollows.表5-3table5-3壁厚（mm）間隙（mm）錯(cuò)邊（mm）stagger坡

40、不合格，每道不合格焊縫應(yīng)現(xiàn)再檢查該焊工同期同批焊縫兩道，當(dāng)再次檢驗(yàn)的焊縫均合格時(shí)，則可認(rèn)為檢驗(yàn)所代表的一批焊縫合格。當(dāng)再次檢驗(yàn)又出現(xiàn)不合格時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)該焊工同期同批焊縫進(jìn)行全部檢驗(yàn)，該焊工需重新考試合格后上UU崗。注：同期同批焊縫指一個(gè)階段內(nèi)同一條線的焊縫。NDE：the5%RTwillbeperformedaccordingtotheSpecification(ASMEB31.3;GB50235).Ifnodefectwasfound,thisbatchofweldingjointwillbeconsideracceptance.Ifanydefectwasfound,theinspectedw

42、5.1管道試驗(yàn)前，應(yīng)對(duì)管道、伸縮器、節(jié)點(diǎn)、支墩、井及其它附屬構(gòu)筑物進(jìn)行檢查，對(duì)管道的標(biāo)高、坐標(biāo)及回填質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢查，管道的施工記錄是否齊全等。Priortotest,pipeline,flexibleinstrument,joint,support,wellandotheraccessoriesofthepipe,elevationandcoordinationofthepipe,backfillingqualityandconstructionrecordofthepipelineshallbecheckedfirstly.編制試壓系統(tǒng)圖及平面布置圖（具體見附圖1、2），試壓系統(tǒng)圖應(yīng)包括設(shè)置緊

43、急排放管線。確定分段試壓順序，確定好管線的注水點(diǎn)、排水點(diǎn)，壓力表的設(shè)置位置，壓力表的量程及精度等級(jí)應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范要求，使用前應(yīng)校正，向管內(nèi)注水時(shí)注意排氣以保證管道充灌水，氣體排盡。WaterPouringanddrainingpointshallbeassured.Thelocation,dominationandpreciseclassofthepressuregageshallbeinconformitywiththerequirementsofthespecification.Checkshallbedonepriortouse.Gasdrainageshallbetakenintocons

44、iderationwhilepouringwaterintopipe.管道內(nèi)充滿水后，升壓時(shí)要緩慢分級(jí)升壓，每升一級(jí)應(yīng)檢查支墩，管身及接口，當(dāng)無異?，F(xiàn)象后再繼續(xù)升壓。水壓升至試驗(yàn)壓力后保持10分鐘，壓力降不應(yīng)大于0.05Mpa，檢查接口、管身無破損及漏水現(xiàn)象時(shí)管道強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)為合格。Afterwaterpouring,Pressurepromotingshallbeslowandpromotedbyclass.Support,pipeandjointshallbecheckedafteroneclasspressurepromoting.Pressureshallbekeptfor10minute
