1、 Unit 4 Wildlife protection Reading Unit 4 Wildlife pr學(xué)黨章的心得體會(huì)通過這次對(duì)新黨章的學(xué)習(xí)和思考,對(duì)黨員應(yīng)具備的素質(zhì)、應(yīng)履行的義務(wù)、應(yīng)享有的權(quán)利、應(yīng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任有了進(jìn)一步的明了和定位,對(duì)黨員的先進(jìn)性要求有了更加清晰具體的理解,同時(shí)也看到了自己的不足,如:對(duì)黨的理論,政策,方針,學(xué)習(xí)的還不夠深入,不夠自覺;為人民服務(wù)的熱情還不夠高。在今后的學(xué)習(xí)和生活我一定要按照黨章的規(guī)定來嚴(yán)格要求自己,克服自己的不足,發(fā)揚(yáng)和保持黨的先進(jìn)性。在以后的工作和生活還應(yīng)努力做到以下三點(diǎn):一、努力把干好工作和提升自身素質(zhì)統(tǒng)一起來。我們每個(gè)黨員要在干好本職工作的過程,努
2、力通過深化認(rèn)識(shí),思考?xì)w納,概括升華,使自己在工作獲得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)思想,心得體會(huì)等成為自身業(yè)務(wù)水平和思想道德素質(zhì)的有機(jī)構(gòu)成部分,從而推動(dòng)自身素質(zhì)不斷得到提高,為與時(shí)俱進(jìn),不斷適應(yīng)新形勢(shì),新情況,新工作。作為一名教師,既要把學(xué)生當(dāng)作自己的孩子,還要把學(xué)生當(dāng)作朋友,當(dāng)作一個(gè)與教師有平等關(guān)系的公民。教師要尊重孩子,要尊重孩子的人格,尊重孩子在學(xué)習(xí)方面的思考,尊重孩子的創(chuàng)造思維,而不能要求孩子全盤照搬教師的思維。二、保持與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的精神狀態(tài),善于學(xué)習(xí),主動(dòng)接受先進(jìn)文化,用現(xiàn)代文化武裝自己。在當(dāng)代國(guó),發(fā)展先進(jìn)的文化 red-crowned cranekren 丹頂鶴 What other endangered a
