BinaccordancewiththestipulationintheContracttomakefollow-upimprovement.Therebythenewtechnologicachievementswiththefeatureofsubstantialorcreativetechnologyprogressanditsrightadscriptionshallbesharedby (PartyA,PartyB,thetwoParties).Thedetailedallocationoftherelatedbenefitsshallbeasfollows:AftertheaccomplishmentoftheR&DworksstipulatedintheContract,PartyBhastherighttotakeuseoftheresearchanddevelopmentachievementstomakefollow-upimprovement.Therebythenewtechnologicachievementswiththefeatureofsubstantialorcreativetechnologyprogressshallbeownedby (PartyA,PartyB,thetwoParties).Thedetailedallocationoftherelatedbenefitsshallbeasfollows:Article22WiththeconfirmationofthetwoParties,withinthevalidityoftheContract,PartyAshalldesignate asPartyA'projectcontactperson.PartyBshallappoint asPartyB'projectcontactperson.Thecontactpersonshallundertakethefollowingresponsibilities:
