第十二章酒店客房控制系統(tǒng) 說(shuō)承包單位須供應(yīng)及安裝一套酒店聯(lián)網(wǎng)客房控制管理系統(tǒng)（GMS）能透過(guò)高階接接，以結(jié)合下列系統(tǒng)提供綜合管理功能：與酒店網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)（PMS）本GMS系統(tǒng)須提供一切必需的硬件及設(shè)備以便本系統(tǒng)能與上系統(tǒng)完全暢通地以高階接口互相傳送所有與相關(guān)設(shè)備及材料之信號(hào)及聯(lián)網(wǎng)。所有客房須經(jīng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)組成一獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)至客房管理部。承包單位應(yīng)按各系統(tǒng)的使用要求，提供GMS的深化設(shè)計(jì)，安裝及系統(tǒng)本承包單位選擇的本系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)商應(yīng)具備One&Only酒店或不少本承包單位應(yīng)提供整個(gè)GMS所需的設(shè)備列出詳細(xì)的設(shè)備 型號(hào)、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、單價(jià))。所品性能和技術(shù)規(guī)格，應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)承包單位所提供的GMS系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的設(shè)備及程序應(yīng)可按照業(yè)主對(duì)使用功能變更要求作相應(yīng)的修改，相關(guān)設(shè)備預(yù)留可供聯(lián)網(wǎng)的接而本承包單位須負(fù)責(zé)客房控制管理系統(tǒng)線路及設(shè)備之安裝及調(diào)試驗(yàn)GMS送審文件、樣在工程進(jìn)行中的適當(dāng)階段中，至少須報(bào)送下列文件、樣品供設(shè)備與部件的詳細(xì)，制造廠的資料與樣品第二 系統(tǒng)說(shuō)明及要總體說(shuō)系統(tǒng)的總體安裝應(yīng)符合酒店的要求。中心系統(tǒng)的硬件、及配線應(yīng)為整體。為預(yù)備將來(lái)系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展的需要，安裝時(shí)應(yīng)留況，硬盤將保存記錄。歡迎 租出及有人(Rented租出及無(wú)人(Rented非租出及有人(Un-rented非租出及無(wú)人(Un-rented（如26℃/可調(diào)結(jié)合3在歡迎(E)模式，客房控制管理管理系統(tǒng)會(huì)觸發(fā)預(yù)客房控制單元的每一個(gè)控制開(kāi)關(guān)或輸出電壓為控制客房門鈴，打擾/清理房間（DND/MUR）及指示燈管理（CI）每間客房?jī)?nèi)的GMS將與計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)通信關(guān)于房間情況和警報(bào)情況，如房間模式(歡迎(E)/租出與否(Rented/Un-rented)/有人與否(Occupied/Unoccupied)等，CI會(huì)提供一份全面，同時(shí)能將各房間和酒店的其它系PMS為方便酒店管理，通過(guò)CI或與CI相連的終端可以觀察并控制支持/故障終端通過(guò)TCP/IP連接與CI相連，CI將為終端提供全面支通過(guò)TCP/IP連接，CI可從服務(wù)中心為室內(nèi)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面的故障。CI可將警報(bào)至，CI硬盤上的文件夾及PMS在相連房間的連接門打開(kāi)時(shí),兩個(gè)房間的模式（”無(wú)人”/”有人”）會(huì)變成一致，直至相連房間的連接門關(guān)閉為止。 室內(nèi)管理系統(tǒng)的通信應(yīng)符合ISO/OSI 室內(nèi)管理系統(tǒng)可將CI計(jì)算機(jī)與客房?jī)?nèi)使用結(jié)構(gòu)化主干布線的各項(xiàng)裝置連接起來(lái)。并可以與樓層客房管理終端相互通信，也可以送達(dá)相關(guān)指令和告警給相應(yīng)的管理終端。CI無(wú)須進(jìn)入房間即可通過(guò)CI計(jì)算更房間控制器內(nèi)的應(yīng)用程序。無(wú)論停電時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短，房間內(nèi)的程序不會(huì)受到任系酒店房間管理系統(tǒng)的程序包括下列功能Vacant客房智能控制系統(tǒng)功能列eTobeenactivedautomaticallywhentheguestswipescardtoentertheroomtime,orbeenactivedbythecontrolledpanelnearthedoorintheWhentheguestswipescardtimeandentertheroom,thesystemwillactivethepre-setLightingcombinescenesof" mode"won'tbeactivedbutcanbeactivedbythecontrolledpanelnearthedoorintheroom.Controlledby"Nightlight"switchpanelmountedinbedsideandthemastercontrolpanelmountedintheentrance.OnandoffbythenightlightWhenpressingthemasterswitch,itwillswitchto"SleeMode",allthelightsturnoffoneafteranotherexceptnightlightandremainpoweringthecontrolledsockets.Itcouldmakeguestcomfortably modatelightandfindotherswitchesorbuttonsconveniently.Gouldalsopresstheswitchpanelbesidethebedsidetoturnoffthenightlight
