ntoccurswhentheabnormalcontactwithsupplierstoreturnandrepair,maintenanceissues.作為計(jì)量器具的采購(gòu)部門(mén)，有責(zé)任在采購(gòu)過(guò)程中進(jìn)行儀器的詢價(jià)及采購(gòu)事宜，當(dāng)儀器發(fā)生異常時(shí)與供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系退貨及修理、保養(yǎng)事宜。Procedure流程andmeasuringinstrumentcontrolprocess監(jiān)視和測(cè)量裝置控制流程：Purchasingofinstrument儀器的采購(gòu)GaugeAdministratorfillsin“MeasuringInstrumentApplyList”forMeasureInstruments(usedinternal)toPurchasingDept.accordingtotherequirementfromuserDept.andthefollowinginformationmustbeconfirmedintheapplicationbill:user,Qty.,Applyreason,expectedservicelife,expectedcalibrationperiod,expectedcostandsoon.內(nèi)部使用的計(jì)量器具由計(jì)量人員根據(jù)使用部門(mén)的需求填寫(xiě)《計(jì)量器具購(gòu)置申請(qǐng)表》，此表中應(yīng)明確信息:使用方、數(shù)量、申請(qǐng)理由、預(yù)計(jì)使用年限、預(yù)計(jì)校準(zhǔn)、檢定周期、預(yù)計(jì)總價(jià)等信息。PurchasingApproval申請(qǐng)批準(zhǔn)QAisresponsibleforapprovalforthepurchasingapplication.ThatmustbesignedbyQAmanager.QA負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)于采購(gòu)申請(qǐng)的批準(zhǔn)。批準(zhǔn)必須由QA經(jīng)理的簽字。MeasuringInstrumentPurchasing計(jì)量器具采購(gòu)AftertheapprovalofQAmanager,theAdminshouldfillinthePRandsubmitittosupplierchain.whoisresponsibleforfinishingthepurchasingprocess.在QA經(jīng)理的批準(zhǔn)之后，由計(jì)量人員填寫(xiě)相應(yīng)的PR申請(qǐng)單，并提交給供應(yīng)鏈，由供應(yīng)鏈采購(gòu)?fù)瓿上鄳?yīng)的采購(gòu)工作。FirstCalibration&Verification初次校準(zhǔn)，檢定Externalcalibration/verificationbythenational/internationallyrecognizedinstitution.外部校準(zhǔn)/檢定時(shí)由國(guó)家/國(guó)際認(rèn)可機(jī)構(gòu)辦理。Nocalibration/verificationqualifiedpersonnelshallnotcalibrate/verifyormaintain,topreventtheimpactofmeasuringaccuracy.無(wú)校準(zhǔn)/檢定資格人員不得進(jìn)行計(jì)量器具的校準(zhǔn)/檢定或維修，以防影響計(jì)量器具的準(zhǔn)確性。Check&Accept驗(yàn)收QADept.isresponsibleforthe“Check&Accept”(Includingthenewmeasuringinstrumentsverification,Toconfirmtheresultsofthecalibration,Measurementoffilingarchiverecords)process.Inthisprocess,alltherequirementandpracticabilitymustbeconfirmed.QA部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)量器具的驗(yàn)收工作(包括新購(gòu)計(jì)量器具品牌型號(hào)/規(guī)格參數(shù)核實(shí)、校準(zhǔn)結(jié)果的確認(rèn)、計(jì)量文件歸檔記錄)。在此過(guò)程中，先前的所有需求及實(shí)用性必須被確認(rèn)。Documentation&Record記錄及存檔QAisresponsibleoftherelatedDocumentationandRecordofthemeasuringinstrument.TheadministratorshouldrecordtheinformationofMeasureInstrumentsintheREC-QA-99“MeasureinstrumentsManagementledger”.TheinformationshouldincludeInstrumentName,InstrumentNo.,Accuracy,Specificationsandmodels,CalibrationMethod,Calibrationperiodandcollectionunits,useofstate.(Theadministratormustenacttheverificationperiodwiththenationallaws)QA團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)量器具相關(guān)的文檔保存及記錄工作。計(jì)量員必須在《計(jì)量器具管理臺(tái)賬》中注冊(cè)并登記相關(guān)信息。信息包括：儀器名稱(chēng)、儀器編號(hào)、精度、規(guī)格型號(hào)，校正方式，校準(zhǔn)和檢定周期及使用、保管部門(mén)使用狀態(tài)等。（制定檢定周期時(shí)必須依據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)計(jì)量法》）GranttoUser發(fā)放至使用方QAisresponsibleforgrantingtheMeasureInstrumentstousersideandfillinthe“MeasuringToolBorrowList”andupdatethe“MeasuringToolStatus”.QA負(fù)責(zé)將計(jì)量器具發(fā)放至使用方處，并且填寫(xiě)好“計(jì)量器具領(lǐng)用單”及更新《計(jì)量器具管理臺(tái)賬》。Use使用Theuserofthemeasuringinstrumentshouldbetrainedaboutoperation,generallytrainedbyadministratororarrangeprofessionaltraining.計(jì)量器具的操作者須接受操作方法的培訓(xùn)，一般由管理員或?qū)I(yè)人員培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)。Measuringandtestingdevicesbeforeuse,theoperatormustfirstconfirmwithorwithoutthecalibration/verificationandapprovedforuse.Andbeusedwithinthevalidityperiod.計(jì)量器具在使用前，操作者須先確認(rèn)其是否經(jīng)過(guò)校準(zhǔn)/檢定并批準(zhǔn)使用，且在有效期內(nèi)方可使用。Thepersonwhousesthegaugesisresponsiblefordailymaintenanceofmeasurementandtestingdevices.使用人員須對(duì)計(jì)量器具進(jìn)行日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，保證計(jì)量器具的清潔，防銹。Whentheuseroradministratorfindmeasuringandtestingnotcalibration/verification,calibration/verificationunqualified,devicearebroken,he/shemuststopusingitandfeedbacktoQADep.,Andaccordingto"productidentificationmanagementregulations"ofthemeasuredproductidentification,thevalidityoftheirmeasurementresultsmustbere-measuredandevaluated.Atthesametimetoensurethathistorymeasurementofproductqualitytomeettherequirements.Whentheremeasurementresultsofconformity,accordingtothe'Checkingrecord"recordsretestvalues,Beforetheoriginalinspectionrecordvoid.Whentheremeasurementresultsunqualified,Accordingto"NonconformityControlProcedure"fortreatedaccordinglyandrecords,Beforetheoriginalinspectionrecordvoid.AnddealwiththedefectmeasuringinstrumentbyRepair&Maintenance.當(dāng)操作者或計(jì)量員發(fā)現(xiàn)計(jì)量器具存在未校準(zhǔn)/檢定、校準(zhǔn)/檢定不合格、出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，須及時(shí)反饋至QA部門(mén)，并根據(jù)《產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)和可追溯性控制程序》對(duì)所測(cè)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行識(shí)別，對(duì)其測(cè)量結(jié)果的有效性進(jìn)行重新測(cè)量與評(píng)定。確保所測(cè)歷史產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合要求。當(dāng)重新測(cè)量結(jié)果合格時(shí)，記錄復(fù)測(cè)值，原有檢驗(yàn)記錄作廢。當(dāng)重新測(cè)量結(jié)果不合格時(shí)，即根據(jù)《不合格品控制程序》進(jìn)行處理并做相應(yīng)記錄，原有檢驗(yàn)記錄作廢。并將該計(jì)量器具送維修及維護(hù)。 Qualityengineerdatebacktotheunqualifiedmeasuringinstrumentsinamonthbeforetothemeasuredhistoricalproducts.(Thenextstep/Customeristhenormaluseofproductsexcept).Otherdepartmentsofusingwillbeaccordingtothemeasuringinstrumentstheworkstation.Datebacktothenextworkstationnormalofbeforeusetothemeasuredhistoricalproducts.質(zhì)量工程師追溯至不合格計(jì)量器具之前一個(gè)月所測(cè)歷史產(chǎn)品(被下一工序/客戶正常使用產(chǎn)品除外)。其他使用部門(mén)根據(jù)該計(jì)量器具所在崗位，追溯至下一工位正常使用前所測(cè)歷史產(chǎn)品。QADept.hastherighttostopborrowingandtakebackthemeasuringinstrument,whentheuserwasfoundintentionallyinflictdamageorusuallydamage.對(duì)于多次發(fā)生異常損壞或被發(fā)現(xiàn)故意破壞計(jì)量器具等情況時(shí)，QA部門(mén)有權(quán)利終止使用方的使用權(quán)利。Measuringandtestingdevicesshouldbeproperlyhandledtoavoidcollisionorotherreasonsledtoitsfeaturesindistortion.Whennecessary,tomovethemwiththeappropriatetools.計(jì)量器具的搬運(yùn)須對(duì)其進(jìn)行妥善處理，避免因碰撞或其它原因致使其應(yīng)有的特性失真，必要時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)其采用適當(dāng)?shù)陌徇\(yùn)工具進(jìn)行搬運(yùn)。Dailycheck日常確認(rèn)QADept.isresponsibleforthestatusfollowingupofthemeasuringinstrumentusedinTriosite,todailyconfirmthestatusofthemeasuringinstruments,andusethestandardcalibrationblocktointernalconfirm,updatethedeviationonthelabeloninstrumentandfilloutthe"measureinstrumentsaccuracyanduseofsamplingcheckrecord".MeasureInstrumentswasfounduserside,itmustbefrozenandinforminguserDept.QA部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤在杰弗朗工廠使用的計(jì)量器具狀態(tài)。對(duì)計(jì)量器具進(jìn)行日常狀態(tài)確認(rèn)，利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)校準(zhǔn)塊對(duì)在用儀器進(jìn)行抽樣內(nèi)部確認(rèn)，將量具的偏差值更新至偏差標(biāo)簽，并填寫(xiě)《計(jì)量器具精度及使用情況抽檢檢查表》。如發(fā)現(xiàn)任何有關(guān)計(jì)量設(shè)備的可疑情況，應(yīng)立即通知使用方并封存該計(jì)量器具。PeriodicallyCalibration&Verification周期性校準(zhǔn)及檢定QADept.isresponsibleforthenotificationofcalibration&verificationtousersaccordingtothe“MeasureinstrumentsManagementledger”.根據(jù)《計(jì)量器具管理臺(tái)賬》Q(chēng)A部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)通知使用方，及時(shí)進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)及檢定工作。Forinternalusers,afterreceivingthenotificationfromQADept.theuserDept.shouldsubmitthemeasuringinstrumenttoAdminbeforethespecificcalibration/verificationdate.對(duì)于內(nèi)部使用方來(lái)說(shuō)，在接到了QA部門(mén)的校準(zhǔn)、檢定通知后，應(yīng)在規(guī)定的日期前將計(jì)量器具提供至管理員處。Repair&Maintenance維修及維護(hù)QAteamisresponsibleforthemaintenanceofMeasureInstruments(usedinternal).AndafterthefinishthemaintenanceJob,theMeasureInstrumentsmustbe“Checking,Approval&Registration”againasthe9.4QA團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)在內(nèi)部使用方使用的計(jì)量器具的維修及維護(hù)。并且在完成了維修維護(hù)之后，設(shè)備必須再次進(jìn)行“初次校準(zhǔn)，檢定”步驟Whenthemeasuringinstrumenthadbeenrepairedrepeatedly(morethan2times)andthatcan’tpass“FirstCalibration&Verification”process,userDept.canapplyforscrap.當(dāng)計(jì)量器具發(fā)生多次（至少2次）維修及維護(hù)并無(wú)法通過(guò)“初次校準(zhǔn)，檢定”時(shí)，使用方可考慮申請(qǐng)報(bào)廢。Scrap報(bào)廢UserfortheScrapApplicationaccordingtothestatusandmeasuringdeviationofMeasureInstrumentsandfillinthe“MeasuringInstrumentDisposalApplication“.使用方可根據(jù)計(jì)量器具的狀態(tài)及偏差情況申請(qǐng)報(bào)廢，并填寫(xiě)《計(jì)量器具報(bào)廢申請(qǐng)》。QAteamisresponsiblefortheapprovalofscrapapplicationandtheapprovalofQAmanagerisrequired.Andtheactualsituationandproductionsituationmustbeconsidered.QA團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)批準(zhǔn)報(bào)廢的申請(qǐng)并須由QA經(jīng)理的批準(zhǔn)，批準(zhǔn)時(shí)應(yīng)考慮實(shí)際情況及生產(chǎn)情況。Afterapprovalbyscrap,thisprocedureends.通過(guò)報(bào)廢批準(zhǔn)之后，此流程結(jié)束。Ifdidn’tapprovalbyscrap,getinto“Maintenance”process.如未通過(guò)報(bào)廢批準(zhǔn)，應(yīng)進(jìn)入“維修及維護(hù)”。Others其他ClassificationofMeasureInstruments計(jì)量器具的分類(lèi)"A"categoryrangeofmeasureinstruments"A"類(lèi)計(jì)量器具的范圍:
