Project項(xiàng)目概述SiteSummary萬(wàn)科花橋項(xiàng)目位于昆山花橋，總占地面積為720畝。宗地東南西三面為景觀綠廊所環(huán)繞，東南面俯瞰吳淞江，是服務(wù)外包配套區(qū)最具資源性和生態(tài)性的地塊。項(xiàng)目定位為生活之城、休閑之城與風(fēng)情之城。其中，整個(gè)社區(qū)的中心為面積30,000.00

平方米的社區(qū)公園，是整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的綠色心臟，為整個(gè)社區(qū)服務(wù)。Vanke

HuaqiaoDevelopmentislocatedinthecentreofHuaqiao,Kunshanwithatotalareaof720mu.ThesiteissurroudedbygenerouscitygreenbeltforthreesideswhilefacingdirectlytotheWuxiongRiver.

Thesitewillbedevelopedintoacityforliving,recreationandculture.Inthecentreofthedevelopmentisthecommunityparkfor30,000.00squaremetres,servingthewholecommunityasthegreenheartofthedevelopment.項(xiàng)目歷史文化SiteHistory萬(wàn)科花橋項(xiàng)目位于吳淞江的北岸，場(chǎng)地周邊原有造船廠、磚廠以及大片的灘涂農(nóng)田。這些歷史的印跡將會(huì)以一種現(xiàn)代的方式在場(chǎng)地、空間以及材料的選用上得以體現(xiàn)。街道景觀中的青磚特色鋪裝以及考騰鋼景墻的設(shè)計(jì)源于場(chǎng)地造船廠以及碼頭的歷史。商業(yè)風(fēng)情街廊架上使用厚重的木條以及公園的硬木棧道也進(jìn)一步訴說著場(chǎng)地歷史的故事。TheVanke
