3.2Allgoodsandservicestobesuppliedunder

Contract

shallhavetheiroriginineligiblesourcecountries，andallexpenditures

madeundertheContractwillbelimitedtosuchgoodsandservices.

3.3Theoriginofgoodsandservicesisdistinctfromthe

nationalityofthetenderer.8ConstructionManagement–3.EligibilityandQualificati

3.5Forthepurposes

of

sub-clause

5.2Arrangementsforavisitto

11.2Thetenderershallfillinratesandamounts

for

all

items

ofworkdescribedintheBillofQuantities，whetherquantitiesarestatedornot.ItemsagainstwhichnorateoramountisenteredbythetendererwillnotbepaidforbytheEmployerwhenexecutedandshallbedeemed

coveredbytheotherratesandamountsenteredintheBillofQuantities.28ConstructionManagement–11.TenderPrices28Constructi

and

equipment，including

spareparts，requiredfortheWorks；（e）insuranceandfreightchargesforimported

materials，plant

andequipment，includingspareparts；And（f）overheadexpenses，feesand

financial

charges

incurred
